I love how convenient this location is . Very friendly and charming staff member has helped me several times.

I've been coming here for over 4 years this lady is always been rude she has a bad attitude but I come here because it's convenient down the street from my home for the past month my son's been coming over here with me because he sells things on eBay and he likes to get his prepaid labels printed at this place every time we've been in she's been rude to him when my son sends email she' tells him to resend the email because she has no patience she gets upset because it doesn't show up fast enough on the computer so she can print the label she gets my son nervous because she raise her voice like she's angry and I'm watching her angry face for the fourth time she's done this and said to her what is her problem why she talks to 11 year old boy like that ill never come back here then I notice she has all these bad reviews I hope she goes out of business read more

I chose this place for Newegg to deliver computer parts to. It was one of the options for pick-up. UPS tracking told me that the shipment was refused by this company, and accordingly returned to Newegg. It's cost me eight days and considerable inconvenience in getting the parts reordered. I would suggest you avoid this place all together if it comes up on a list of suggested delivery places. read more

I love this location and the excellent customer service that was given. I loved that I was greeted and assisted with my shipping needs very swift and efficiently. The front desk clerk helped me find the best method to ship my transcripts with fast delivery and still stay under budget. They are always so nice here. Weve been coming here for years for copies, faxes, notary and package mailing and even at times office supplies. The people here are always great. Whether I've walked in at 10 am or 545 PM they always treat me like the first customer of the day. The store has kind of a small town neighborly vibe to it and I like that. Very rude with a nasty attitude. I wish there was an option for no stars. When I arrived the door was locked. I thought maybe there hours listed were incorrect but the open sign was up. I waited to see if someone would show. Which she did I asked why the open sign was open but the doors were locked. She responded very rudely and unprofessionally by saying excuse me but I do need breaks. Yet it was barley 10 and the open at 9. went to this location to do live-scan and she refused to accept my government identification and said I need bring all theses other thing which I tried explaining I did not have but she just gave me an attitude. read more

No stars at all ! This owner operator doesn't listen to her customers . She is full of Misinformation and out right LIES ! She doesn't know her own business enough to provide the service I asked for directly . She assumed my totally unmarked package was ready to ship when I walked in and tried to get me to just leave it in a pile on the floor with out coming out from behind the wall separating her from the public space in this shop . She did not greet me when she did come out , or ask what service I needed . I told her I needed the cheapest ground shipping possible and asked for UPS . She was RUDE & CONDECENDING , insisted that Fed Ex was cheaper , and set it Fed EX . I checked when I got home on line . UPS is $65 CHEAPER than FedEx . NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING ! I went here to deliver a package a few weeks back and they had great customer service and my package was delivered in a quick timely manner.

No stars for this place! I came here because it's close to my house. I needed to use fedex to overnight a package and the lady behind the counter was a real rude b****! I couldn't do overnight due to the timing so she said I can do it for two day but she charged me for overnight services! She was uninformative rude and unprofessional! I came here in a rush to print an essay because it was on the way to my class. The printing here is very overpriced, if I recall correctly it was 25 cents a page for b&w, and 50 cents for color pages. I did not experience as bad service as the other reviewers, but it wasn't anything special either. read more

I'm here at 8:59am, apparently one minute before opening. The lights had just turned on and the door was unlocked so I went in. I said "hello" and was greeted with a semi death stare. "Your here for a live scan?", the lady at the counter said, I said "Yes." "Have a seat, I'm not open yet." The lady said kinda rudely. "Okay" I reply. She goes about turning on all of her old dinosaur computers in the shop. Luckily they were up in running by 9:10 or so. I tried to be nice and pleasant but I felt she was upset that I strolled in there right after her. I didn't know they had just opened at 9 (or was still trying to). The door was unlocked so I came in. Also if you open at 9, then the store opener should arrive 15 minutes early. I don't understand why you would have a job in customer service if you are going to be rude like that. Luckily I was out of there before 9:15pm so it did not take very long. And I actually got a "Have a nice day" from her at the end so she was happier when I was leaving. Maybe she just isn't a morning person. IDK. Probably not the best candidate for the store opener. read more

As a "Yellow Shooting Star" Ebayer, I need a competent shipping store to go to where they don't make mistakes (which trust me, has cost me a lot of money in the past... with another store that I won't mention here) and they can get you in and out without obstruction or time wasted. Horrible Service! The lady that works there (owner) has always had the worst attitude since I can remember. I try not to ever go there unless it's an emergency and I am in the area. However, after this experience, I refuse to ever walk back in there. INCIDENT: I called her one early afternoon to confirm her hours of operation; she closes at 6 pm. I needed a specific service, so I called her in advance (as a courtesy, because appointments were not necessary) to let her know I was coming and to ask her what was the latest time I could arrive. She said, "just make sure you arrive 15 min. before closing. I walked into her building at exactly 5:45 pm and she just about wanted to kill me, judging from the look in her eyes. I apologized as I entered telling her, "sorry wish I could've got here sooner, but I was driving from a distance." She rolled her eyes and said, "good thing I didn't close because I was just going to leave. I replied to her saying well, you told me to arrive 15 min. before closing and I did. She looked at her computer to look at the time and it sounded like she mumbled something under her breath. I took my papers that I had ready for her on the counter and I said, forget it doesn't seem like you want the business anyway. And I walked out. I actually feel bad for her she must seriously hate what she's doing. read more

i was baffled by my experience at this place. some folks comments said the (lady) was the owner, i don't know, however i don't think so, but if she is, shes the absolute worst business woman ive meet in my life, and something else has to explain how they are in business. last 2 times i went into store went as follows. 1st of last 2 - im looking to see if they sold any receipt book/carbon paper forms that are small and not too much money. i had been rained on from outside when we had those may showers. i rolled around the store to look for the books. i guess my wheelchair and wet hair made me look like i was going to steal cause she was on my back. so i asked her about the books, she said on the other side of the divider. i went over there, an picked up the books but seen no price on them, so after looking what the books had to see if they are what i needed, i asked her the price as i went around the other side to back where i started, she blurted out $8.99 and then hurried around the counter to me. to much money to spend on them so i went to put them back, she then said loudly and abruptly that she will put them back cause there is no room for me over there., then grabbed the item from me and proceeded. i honestly said, well its no problem, ill put it back, i was able to get over there easy, then she said again, there is no room. i was upset and left. 2nd of 2 - i have a independent business i do, and it required me to take an order form, copy the form and then use a black sharpie to cover-up what was needed to be covered, then copy 9 more. this apparently is too much to do for her without kindness. as i explained what i needed, she cut me off and said, "What?" and thats it. i simplified it and asked her to make 1 copy and please then let me see it. she did this, but then puts paper down and says "10 cents". i told her i was going to do more but gave here the dime anyways. then i couldnt find my pen and the pencil led broke, so i asked her if she wouldn't mind letting me use one, and she looked around counter to a cup with pens, and said "sorry, we don't have extra". i told her "i just needed it for a second" and she said, "oh those, they aren't for use", im feeling a bit agitated now, but then asked her if she would please cross two or maybe three lines off and i couldnt believe what her response is, cause she glared strait at me with a bit of a grin and squinty eyes, and said ever so softly, "maybe if you spent more money", i was astonished and said, "excuse me?, did you just say something?" and she looked over with a semi-dumbfound look and said "who, me? i didnt say anything." i really about lost it and looked back at a lady behind counter and said to her, "did she just say, if you spent money?" and asked for manager, then the lady tried to apologize on her behalf and said nothing to me when i asked for manager, then asked for owner, and still nothing. i grabbed my last copy's and threw the change kind of hardly on counter as my friend came in and tried calming me down. i left the store with a honestly hurt and mad attitude, and will not go back, ever, and I've warned people going inside sometimes because this one lady can be a complete jerk. read more

After reading the previous reviews I was hesitant to come here, but it was the closest place to me. To my surprise, the woman was pleasant! Very friendly and polite. There were several people coming and going while I was there and she was equally courteous to everyone. I was there for Live Scan, which was $20, around the same price as anywhere else. read more
