This clean, well-organized, locally own little store has nice staff. They offer lots of box options, a few greeting cards, packing materials and UPS shipping. They might offer others carriers, but not sure. I went there for passport pics and notary services. They showed me the pics for my approval before printing, which was nice. They notarized my Irish citizenship application documents for about $15 per document. It was fairly time consuming transaction but eventually got what I needed. I did run into an issue; they wouldn't notarize my passport photos, which was a requirement of my application. I was able to go down the street to the UPS Store who did notarize my photos using a standard form. read more

I just moved to the area and stopped in today to drop off a pre-paid FedEx return. My husband and I were standing inside near entrance trying to figure out if we needed to wait for someone or if we could do it ourself, and less than a minute later, an employee who was off the clock came by to let us know we could just slap our label on and leave it so we didn't have to wait. She then went a step further and helped us attach the receipt to the rug. Not long after, another employee (who was on the clock) came by to take care of the rest. They typically have my stuff ready before I reach the counter, I recommend this place anyone that needs a business address or has any shipping needs they also have a good selection of boxes and packaging material notary public and live scan fingerprinting. I recently went to send a valuable family airloom to my sister in Alabama. When I entered the store there was a short line. A man at the counter was agitated and using profane words and acting aggressivly towards the staff. It was clear he was projecting his problem onto the staff. He even made racist remarks. The staff stayed proffessional and made every attempt to meets his needs and keep him from escalating. He had made quit a scene, however, the staff handled him with respect and dignity. After he left, they rebounded quickly and professionally, maintaining the grace and warmth of a nieghborhood, yet community box store. Talk about a bad experience not only did I wait in line I pay for a box and then the lady who help me doesn't give me complete directions on how to cut the box she does hand me scissors to do it myself because I guess they're too busy so by the time I'm done cutting it the box isn't even completely covered when I folded over and she looks at me like I am supposed to still send my stuff with the box that has a hole in the center of it this is kind of ridiculous I ended up leaving the box there wasted eight dollarsThey try to get me to use that other Postal Service shipping like ups But when they compare the rates they only show you the post office priority rate and none of the others like ground etc. I don't recommend coming here and I sure won't ever again I ended up just leaving the eight dollar box I spent paying for what a waste of my time do you self a favor and don't waste your time coming here I sure won't read more

Guys you are amazing ! I come today didn't even know if it is possible to get tracking number I lost for UPS box I dropped on June 18th a week ago. To my total surprise lady at the counter so sweet an polite ,my apologies I did not got the name of that angel. After me telling her my concerns about shipping box I dropped of she quietly pick up the tracking book they have copy of the Drop Off package/shipment driver manifest !!!! who does that ? unbelievable!!! she then kindly get I copy of the list to me. I'm sad to say that I'm not impressed! I had to send a one page fax. When we walked in there were 2 people behind the counter and one single customer. They had already completed their transaction and were chatting. I wasn't greeted and when my kids were looking at the bags of packing noodles, the lady behind the counter said "uh huh!" rather sharply then sat down behind the counter and said nothing more. The customer left and the young man asked if he could help me. He seemed to have a rather dour expression. I said I needed to send a fax and he asked if I needed a cover sheet. I filled it out while my kids were looking at the spinning carols of greeting cards. They were quiet and behaving themselves. There were no cards coming out of their holders nor any unruly behavior. I gave the fellow my 2 pages and he typed in the fax number. He rang my transaction for $2 and held onto the papers while the transmission completed and my confirmation sheet came out. He paper clipped everything together and said thank you. I felt very unwelcome and will def be doing my occasional faxing elsewhere. Not all children terrorize retail establishments and I would certainly hope to not be discriminated against for bringing in my children! The store has packing & shipping options and a few misc retail items on their counter shelves. The main crux of their business is post office boxes, greeting cards and mailing. read more
