This is the best Post Office EVER. It's probably the same distance to MY ACTUAL Post Office where my mail is actually sent and then delivered to me. This one is a small office with only three 'windows'. They are USUALLY staffed by; from Left to Right...Kyle, then Mi, Then Susan. They are all three very friendly and helpful and efficient. I have an "e-commerce" business. In other words, I sell on eBay. So I go to this office sometimes three times a week. It's rarely too busy. Most of the time there are only a couple to a few people in line. The line generally moves quickly and the staff is friendly and helpful. eBay gives me discounts if I use the USPS to ship my packages - like 25% off. So using the Postal service is a good value for me AND my customer. I really, REALLY like this Post Office and will continue to go there forever! Great service at this post office location. Given the COVID restrictions and social distancing, the staff is still helpful in terms of answering questions, making product and shipping recommendations, or purchasing stamps. Over time, many in the service based industry have gotten tired, weary of this unwanted new normal, but the staff here always provides service with a smile and helps customers make the best shipping decisions (or at least staff discloses all the options available, often less costly than the customer initially selected). During my last visit, the clerk shared some great tips on best times to arrive at the post office given the hours and COVID considerations, as well as how to prepare to mail items (in general I use the same size box/packaging), which was extremely helpful and helps me shorten my errand time, now that I am able to have a clear cut plan on when to mail, how to prepare for mailing and best cost based on my shipping needs. read more

I simply asked for a piece of tape and she started yelling loudly about how they don't do that and how all the customers ask for free tape and I need to buy it. I barely said anything to her for her to reply so rude and nastily. Anyway good luck I left and won't use this location anymore. read more

Smaller branch off of Auburn Blvd. They don't even have one of those APC machines.. (love those). They do, however, have large mailboxes set up front so that you can just drive and drop off your mail. Don't even have to leave your car, lazy. read more

The employees are nice and it's very close to my house be my house, so this could be my favorite location if they had sealing tape, but you have to come with your own. I send packages via priority mail once in a while and have a prepaid shipping label so I pack it in the office to get their boxes and it is extremely annoying if i happen not to have tape with me I gotta buy one or drive back home. As far as I know all the other locations offer their tape for priority and express shipping. read more

The line always seems to be long even when you get there when they open. The employees move through the customers quickly without cutting interaction short. The do run out of stamps & packing materials quite often tho. read more

I went to the post office at Kohler Ave today to send a certified mail. The front counter clerk Mi was so rude. She hardly looked at me, just mumbled what to do and throw the envelope toward my direction. I was shocked of that kind of an attitude. After I questioned that kind of attitude, she blamed that I started that. I don't even know how i would start that if i didn't even say a word. This is not an approprate customer service. read more

Quick service and friendly staff--even during the holidays!--make this a great choice if you need to get in and out of the post office fast. A small lot, means parking is 'circle like a shark and fight if you have to, but you can also park quick across the street and run over. A bit hard to find as the sign off Auburn Bl is very small, this is still a nice little location that offers full service. read more

I had a product from Wal-Mart I ordered that I was waiting for and it said it was delivered this morning but when I went out there but it wasn't there. So I called the seller first walmart and she said to wait a few days and I was thinking, "that's not right." So I called usps directly and the gentleman who picked up called around for the carrier who delivers to my house and found her and talked to her while on phone with me and I thought that was awesome. It turned out she dropped it off at a similar address of mine so she went back right away and delivered it to me within 5-10 mins. Now that's customer service! 0 stars do not trust this office. they either stole or lost my package i have been waiting on for over two months and it is worth over $100 dollars. the service is non existent. i have been trying to have my case worked on for over a week now and no one has helped me at all. i called the 1800 #, made a case, got an email and it said i would get a update within one business day, no call or email or anything within days. so this office supervisor did not follow up with me at all, i had to call him and he said he would have the mail carrier come to my apartment and leave a note after investigating where my package went. my mailbox is small and you need a key to get in it. so he either stole it or moronically put it in the wrong mailbox and now someone else is in possession of my property and none of my neighbors have came forth to return my package. mail carriers jobs are simple, all you need is the knowledge to *read* and match a package with a address. i am enraged, i have never had a package lost. ever. havent received any note, update, and the supervisor had the audacity to say in a email that my case has been resolved. short version: horrific/non existent customer service. they are either thieves and will steal your packages or morons and cant match a address to a mailbox. read more

Can get pretty busy inside and some employees aren't the most friendly people (kind of reminds me of DMV... lol). They have a good selection of different size boxes and shipping supplies, also a big PO Box area. There are 2 drive-up mail boxes outside with pick up times until 5pm on weekdays. Every time I go to drop off outgoing mail the small parking lot is full, but you can park on the street out front if need be. read more

They really need to better train the employees they hire the post man lied and said he delivered my package for one the address that was read to me didn't even exist and two the idiot never delivered the package but still put on the file that he did after calling getting the run around for two weeks the post office finally came to the obvious conclusion that the carrier lost my package or maybe he stole it and lied about delivering it the sad part about it I can't even complain to corporate because the number hangs up on you this is pathetic and annoying the carrier probably thought he had a prized package and it was makeup so I lost out on money and my product because this company does not insure their packages for almost a month this post office made me seem like I was crazy and I had got the package and was looking for trouble the idiot delivered all of my other mail except the package how ironic u see mail with my name on it and you deliver it but decide to keep the package because the post offices fucked up my address beware these crooked mail carriers this is the second time the post office has messed up my address read more

I gave it 5 stars because the people are nice compared to other post offices. I pass 2 other ones on my way to work and have to drop off every day. I can just walk in here drop off all my online shipping and walk out knowing one of their employees will take care of it. It of course can get busy if you need something later in the day, but thats to be expected of all post offices. read more

I have always used this location for all my post office needs for the last 5 years. Never had any bad experience. All the ladies there were wonder until last Friday 12/21. I went in to inquire about sending some items overseas but this new lady I have never seen before she must be new cut me off assuming that because I had carmex in my hand that I wanted to ask if I can send it. But that was NOT the question. She (Sylvia)is a total smart@ss and has very poor customer service. Her voice and how she speaks to her customer is very mono toned and like she doesn't care. She has no compassion for the customers. So as I was filling out the form I needed I witnessed her treat the next customer the same way but worst. The young lady was looking for a box and her exact words in slow motion, "those boxes over there with a letter "s" on it for smmaaall." She speaks to her customers like they are dumb and uneducated. Be aware when you go in she is rude and I was told post office workers don't get fired or reprimanded unless they break the law like stealing. Sylvia is the black lady with short hair. I have been trying to call to speak to a manager but ofcourse it just rings. I gave 3 stars because there are 3 workers there that helped me and had good customer service. read more

This is not the closest and most convenient post office to me. But I continue to come here because they are always friendly unlike some other post offices. read more
