This is my go to for packaging, mailing, prints, and copies. They are always pleasant and ensure I'm getting the best price. Mail does not pick up here until 230pm on weekdays. They so have PO boxes for rent. read more

Right before covid, they got bought out by some Indian family/company. The entire's stores quality went down and their prices went up to far above what they used to be, even with stamps getting more pricey over the years. $1.05 per stamp is a ridiculous profit margin, and sending a package is even more expensive than it should be. They cant even get their stamp numbers right. Said one of my packaged needed four stamps, but it needed way more and got sent back to me. Use PirateShip instead or buy your own stamps online. Decent as generic parcel drop off, at least. TLDR; - Overcharge on pretty much everything - Don't actually know how many stamps envelopes need - Decent generic parcel drop off - use PirateShip instead. read more

I was eating nearby so I dropped off an outgoing prepaid package here. The workers or owners were not very friendly or say much. I was just hoping all went well with my dropoff. It seems by the other reviews that service can be an issue but they still deserve a 3 in my book. read more

Parking is handy and free out front. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit high, but - - everybody has to make a buck to stay in business. I usually prepare my shipping labels at home and just drop my packages off here. They are always happy to accept what I am dropping off. read more

I gotta tell ya. Best. Passport. Photo. Ever. I came in for a passport photo one evening and the nice woman behind the counter said "I would take the passport photo but it's better if you wear a different color shirt than that white one" and explains to me how she's seen passport photos get kicked back because the white shirt blends into the background. So I came back the next day, wearing a blue shirt. Boy was it It was a production. Husband was channeling his inner Zoolander trying to get the right photo. Wife went to close all the doors so the wind wouldn't disrupt the photo shoot, and daughter was holding the poster board over my head so I didn't get shadowing from the overhead florescent lights. It was quite amusing- I had a hard time keeping a straight face for the photo. But it was clear this is a happy family running a happy business together. The photos came out amazing. I stapled them to my passport application proudly. I do have one suggestion: Charge more for your passport pictures. Even if you didn't go above and beyond, it's worth at least $20. Thanks again! This place is amazing. It's a small family owned postal store and I'm happy to support as always. Their customer service never disappoints me. Whatever I need for my packages, they literally have it and always go the extra mile with my shipments. I don't know what's up with the bad reviews honestly. These people are literally angels. Of course some stamps and boxes will be expensive, it's small and family owned. Sometimes cultural differences confuse people too. I went to this location for many reasons before, but I have never had this kind of terrible experience so far. I used to use this place often, until they put a sign on their door about how they won't be wearing masks and don't encourage anyone else to. I'm sure there's people who will love that, but I'd rather not get covid. Especially now that it has been shown over and over again to reduce transmission. Great experience overall!! Requested a quote via message and Daniel answer promptly, with great prices and able to help with my project. I went in and Daniel was great to work with, my project was invitations for a quinceañera. I sent him the file and he printed a sample and we went over it a few time to get the right color, spacing and size. Couldn't have made it more easier! Horrible customer service. The only postal annex that charges to print a return label. I'll stick with Just Send it locations. They don't charge and are very helpful. They seriously wanted $2 just to print a label on top of 15cents per page to print the label. read more

Love this place. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Needed to get a package out tonight for delivery by Saturday. I arrived 3 minutes before they closed @ 6. Stilling needing to purchase and tape up the box. Daniel was super cool, while I was getting my package ready for my "oh so important delivery."
