I have been to this store on a few occasions and been disappointed with the service and the charges. This last week I went in to purchase one single stamp to mail a letter. The price for one single stamp is $.078. I was charged $1.25 which is a $.047 or 60% markup. When I said something about the price the two males behind the counter started laughing and speaking in a language that was not English and so I did not understand what was being said. That is offensive! No thank you. I have a printer it's cheaper to use pirate ship to purchase postage and ship packages. I'll drop them off to the UPS store though, they can manage that part, hopefully laughing the whole way. :) read more

I've given this UPS Store multiple chances because it's close to my house, but unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing. On more than one occasion, I noticed my shipping quote included services I never requested, such as additional insurance or expedited shipping. I only caught it because I reviewed the receipt and questioned the higher price. Each time, those charges were removed after I asked. Customers shouldn't have to double-check every transaction to make sure they're only paying for what they requested. My biggest frustration is that it feels like every little thing comes with another fee. If an Amazon return label needs to be printed, they charge around $3 for a single sheet of paper. If a box needs one small piece of tape, they want another $2. During my last visit, my package was already packed but needed to be sealed, and I was told I'd have to pay just for a piece of tape. I ended up leaving and doing it myself. I've used many other UPS Stores, as well as FedEx and Staples, and my experience has been completely different. Other locations have often sealed a package as a courtesy or charged much more reasonably. This location seems focused on charging for every possible add-on instead of providing good customer service. I won't be returning to this location, and I'll be reaching out to the owner to share my concerns. If you use this store, I recommend reviewing your receipt carefully and asking questions before paying. There are much better UPS locations nearby that value long-term customer relationships. read more

This place hires kids that scam you for a dollar for tapping a package for Amazon returns. Why don't you just add a tip jar instead or put a sign from management saying unsealed packages need to be fully sealed and there is a $1 charge. Keep in mind I had taped the box down. The kid wanted to charge me $2 for tape!! I said Amazon said to drop off at ups store as is. He then said look at the fine print on drop off. The flaps aren't flapping I taped it 3 times. How is that not enough? He was even lucky I had a dollar also he didn't even enter in the system so tha confirm they are taking off the top! They didn't offer me a receipt too. I use this store all the time. I recently turned in a receipt for reimbursed and realized these people charged me tax THREE TIMES!! First they charged tax on each of the two items I had ordered. Theses are copies btw. First charged tax on the first copy then tax on the other remaining copies (less than 10 ea. ) AND THEN, ADDED those two tax amounts together and charged tax on that total!!! Are you kidding me??? Who does that???? This isn't the 1st issue with these guys!! They lost a loyal customer today!! I won't be played by these CROOKS!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! read more

Our top favorite UPS stores in Roseville! Not just for mailing or Amazon returns, but for any of their provided services. Always friendly and welcoming faces, always helpful, and always prompt service to keep the lines moving so you're not having to wait long. Amazon returns have been a breeze here with no errors or mistakes thus far. This spot is small but has tremendous resources for all your relevant business needs. Need to do finger printing for livescan? Be sure to go in the morning, from 8 to 10 AM, as it tends to be a process as expected and probably not a good idea to attempt this in any location during the busy hours. My fingers aren't perfect so it took about 10-15 minutes to get all scans done properly, but their staff member was very patient with me and conclusively the submitted fingerprints went through without a hitch. Job well done! Need notary? Services are offered here! Best advice is to call ahead and make sure their notary person is available. Great one stop shop and local friendly UPS for all your shipping, livescan, and notary needs. read more

When this location opened their service was great. Now that they have been in business a while it has gone downhill. The last few times I have come here I have experienced inconsistencies with accepting return packages. Today I went in with a package to be sent via the USPS and was told that they cannot take it because the package is too big. I went to another UPS store and they accepted the package with no problem. This place is definitely shady. Asked to ship the lowest price and they only offered the lowest price for a day 3 days later shipping. Same day shipping and arrival with ups ground would have been 15.99 while 3 day ground is priced at 29.96. Employees definitely misleading people about prices. I only chose a later shipping date believing it would be cheaper. When I walked back in and another customer was complaining about how shipping was more than the item they were sending. Wish they were more honest. Do yourself a favor and check the prices for shipping cost and dates online before you use this store. read more

UPS gets 3 stars. Tracking is good, and drop-off spots are convenient. Staff are usually friendly. But deliveries can be late, and once my package was left at a pickup point instead of my door, which was annoying. Customer service was okay but didn't fully fix things. The guys that work here are great! Always friendly and helpful with all our packing needs. Cody is the that usually helps me out. He's very efficient. We even got our passport photos here! First of all, they are NOT FRIENDLY. They changed me $110 for 100 postal stamps! I returned them and bought them for $78 from Raley! They charged $32 OVER the normal price! They are very very expensive to ship with! The UPS store on FOOTHILLS is much cheaper and WAY MORE FRIENDLY. read more

This place is shady!!! First, my teenage daughter shipped a t-shirt worth $20 and they told her it was $100. Only price they offered. She didn't know better and paid. Great lesson for her and we complained to UPS and got our money back. Now, we have shipped other items including Amazon returns and only about half the items show shipped. Had to return a few items. Downloaded QR return code and it specifically stated that no box/no label is required and that a UPS associate will package and label my return. When I went there, the UPS associate told me that I needed to pay $3 for a shipping package. I argued with him saying that it states I didn't need one. He insisted that I have to pay $3 and when I showed him the instructions he totally disregarded me, slapped on the shipping label sticker onto the bagged item and said "Ok fine, for this one, I'll just place the label onto the bag, but we're not responsible if damage occurs." First of all, it was shipped to me like that already and all they did was stick on a shipping label. Please don't go here for returns. I'd rather drive to Kohl's or USPS to return items. They have never told me I needed to box it up myself. read more
