Our top favorite UPS stores in Roseville! Not just for mailing or Amazon returns, but for any of their provided services. Always friendly and welcoming faces, always helpful, and always prompt service to keep the lines moving so you're not having to wait long. Amazon returns have been a breeze here with no errors or mistakes thus far. This spot is small but has tremendous resources for all your relevant business needs. Need to do finger printing for livescan? Be sure to go in the morning, from 8 to 10 AM, as it tends to be a process as expected and probably not a good idea to attempt this in any location during the busy hours. My fingers aren't perfect so it took about 10-15 minutes to get all scans done properly, but their staff member was very patient with me and conclusively the submitted fingerprints went through without a hitch. Job well done! Need notary? Services are offered here! Best advice is to call ahead and make sure their notary person is available. Great one stop shop and local friendly UPS for all your shipping, livescan, and notary needs.

When this location opened their service was great. Now that they have been in business a while it has gone downhill. The last few times I have come here I have experienced inconsistencies with accepting return packages. Today I went in with a package to be sent via the USPS and was told that they cannot take it because the package is too big. I went to another UPS store and they accepted the package with no problem. For reference here is the size of the package (see photo).

They let me know that the resolution of the file I sent over was too low for what I was looking for (something the online printer never mentioned). I had to start from scratch and re-design my flier which I did but not until after they were closed for the day. I talked with them Friday morning and by 1pm my fliers were done! A few months ago, my husband had an idea to create a calendar for his car enthusiast friends. We looked online and debated sending out the project to mail-in companies but then decided to come on Yelp to possibly find someone local. Discovered Minuteman Press. My husband said that he remembered Minuteman Press in different locations, so we realized it's a chain/franchise. I called the Roseville location and was told that they could do calendar printing but they were unable to give quotes without seeing the project in person. So in early December, we stopped by with a flash drive. The location was easy to find and had plenty of parking. We were greeted by employee Courtney. We had expected to get a quote right then and there but found out that quotes would be given via email. I guess it goes to the owner/manager who gives the actual price estimate. We were anxious to get the price quote since it was early December and we wanted to have everything mailed out before the new year. We received the price quote via email the next day, I believe. I was very impressed by their system---you could change the quantities in your order and it would adjust the price and the down payment amount. Originally we wanted a quote for 20 but after seeing the quotes for 40, we opted to do that instead. Their employees are quick at responding to emails and everything is very professional. They'll even print stickers! We picked up our calendars in mid-December and were pleased with the results. Pricing was great and the turn-around time was reasonable. We had a small issue about the hole punching on a few of the calendars but they've promised to redo those few for us. They have an amazing Yelp discount on your first order so make sure you take advantage of that! So glad to have this business in Roseville!

Complaint about poor customer service Experience…read more Dear Staples Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the extremely poor customer service experience I had at your store tonight. I arrived at the store around 8:50 PM to make photocopies. I uploaded my documents, inserted my payment card, prepaid for the service, and received the confirmation code before closing time. Since I needed assistance with the machine, I politely asked an employee named Gregory for help. Instead of assisting me, he took his time and then told me, "We are already closed," even though I was already inside the store and had completed the payment process before 9:00 PM. I found this behavior very disrespectful and unprofessional. As a paying customer already inside the store before closing, I should have received proper service and assistance. Gregory made no effort to cooperate or help resolve the issue. Thankfully, another employee named Bradley stepped in with kindness and professionalism. He helped me by using the card, printing my documents, and making sure I received the service I had already paid for. I truly appreciate Bradley excellent customer service, patience, and respectful attitude. Employees like him represent your company well and deserve recognition. However, my experience with Gregory was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in an establishment. I hope management seriously reviews this situation and addresses how customers are treated, especially when they have already prepaid before closing time. I am also a regular customer at this store. I frequently come in for printing and other purchases, and I drive all the way from Lincoln. Linda is always helping me, and she is excellent. She consistently provides outstanding customer service, and I would appreciate it if her professionalism and kindness could also be recognized in this review.
