I visit this UPS location about every other week, mainly due to how conveniently located it is. However, I find myself dreading each visit when I see Cory (the older blonde woman) working. As someone who represents the face of the store, her behavior is consistently rude and unwelcoming. She often comes across as having a power trip and is snappy with customers, creating an uncomfortable environment. It's baffling to me how someone who appears to dislike interacting with people so much is in a customer-facing role. I genuinely don't understand how she is still employed here, given the consistently negative experience she provides. I hope this issue is addressed, as it significantly impacts the overall impression of this location. Other the other hand I will see Stephanie when I am here and the times I see her she is so friendly and always providing amazing service. Cory should take some notes from Stephanie. read more

I walk over to this location the most. Very convenient for everything I need. I work in the same shopping center. It's a nice little walk for me. Occasionally I drive over also. On my last visit I wanted to get Christmas stamps to mail out all of my cards. It was a very busy day. The line was out the door. Everyone practicing the six feet. I didn't wait long. I got my stamps. I asked the man helping me at the counter, if I add the stamps to my cards can I just hand them back to you? I can step out side since it's so busy. He said oh I can put the stamps on for you. That was so nice. They are always friendly and very helpful each time I am at this location. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. First the clerk was incredibly rude after my first question which was can a buy some paper to use in my boxes. I ended up buying bubble wrap for $5.99. No problem. Clerk asked if I brought my own tape to seal the prepaid boxes. I had not. As I added the bubble wrap she taped the boxes. About 12-15" of tape on 4 boxes. I thanked her for doing that. My total $11.99. I was charged $5.00 for about 4' of clear tape. She NEVER asked me if I wanted to pay for the tape. Do not ever go this store, between price gouging and rude clerk this franchise owner should be ashamed! Go out of your way to avoid this store. Terrible and inconsistent pricing. I just went there today and got quoted $42 for 5 day shipping on a tiny Amazon box that weighs 1-2 pounds. Lol Right after that I went to the other UPS store on Sunrise and Cirby. I got quoted $12 to ship the same box for 3 day shipping. I also brought a dirt bike part a while back in and they quoted me $90 for them to ship it and have them package it, I then asked them what if I would have my own packaging and he said it would be $60 roughly so I leave come back with my own packaging and somehow the price gets dropped down to $24. They must get commissions on sending stuff out or something. Avoid this store if you can. Save your money and go else where. Ups is great but not this store read more

UPDATED 3-5-2021: You may see the comment below from Duy N. It is absolutely inaccurate. If there is now a notice in this location about the policy change, it was put up AFTER I went in for a refund. I looked at the front door and literally everywhere else in the store, AND I took the extra step to ask the manager to point out where in the store the policy change was posted. He could not do so because it wasn't anywhere. Duy N. admits UPS policy is unfair but act unable to offer any assistance. Except I talked to UPS corporate already, and they said any franchise owner could absolutely issue a refund. It is crucial that we, as consumers, recognize the difference between a literal "we can't do that" and "we WON'T do it." What Duy N. is basically saying is, "Yeah, our hands are tied," except they aren't, and we'll do ZERO even though we caused the problem by failing to notify you of a policy change we know well. As respectfully as I can say this, Duy N.'s reply just amplified the shadiness of this entire situation. I asked Duy N. to get on a conference call with me and UPS corporate so we can see if this UPS Store is legally or contractually precluded somehow from giving me a refund (will they have to hand over their franchisee license?!?) I'll keep you posted on Duy N's reply. . . . Do NOT go here. I went in to mail a package to my mother on a Tuesday, thinking it probably wouldn't get there by the date I needed (Sunday). The clerk said for an extra $50, I could get three-day delivery for Friday. So I jumped on this offer. It would be there with time to spare! Except my mother didn't get the package until the following Monday, and it arrived demolished. It was sentimental, so I couldn't really insure it, but wow! Look at how the box arrived. But my issue wasn't the damage. When I went to get a refund for the expedited shipping that didn't happen, the manager advised me that he UPS corporate changed their policy because of COVID, and shipping was no longer guaranteed, which meant no refunds were permitted. I looked around the store, and there was signage everywhere relating to a variety of topics, but NONE of it announced that np refunds if they failed to, ya know, do the thing you paid the extra amount for them to do. I then showed the manager my receipt, which said "3-day shipping, expected delivery Friday." My receipt also had no reference to this new policy, and the employee certainly didn't mention it. So I contacted UPS corporate, and they informed me that the UPS Stores are all franchises, which is to say there was nothing stopping the store from giving me a refund. I'm not letting UPS corporate off the hook because they they had to go into the bowels of their website to forward me any reference to the COVID change, all it said was they were suspending "Guaranteed Service," but they didn't describe what that meant, nor do the words "no refunds if we fail" appear anywhere. I was induced to buy a service that they knew they couldn't guarantee, which is different than saying if they fail, we keep your money. If I had ANY idea I was basically playing a $50 slot machine, in no universe do I pay that extra money. So I said this to the manager: "Your employee said nothing about no refunds. Now look around the store, look at my receipt, and tell me how I would know about this unless I spend my free time on the UPS website scouring for policy changes before I send a package to my mom." He had no reply but to repeat "UPS isn't offering refunds." But since UPS said he could have absolutely given a refund, the guy is a liar. I didn't catch his name, but he was in the store at 3 p.m. on March 2, 2021. If this seems like overkill to anybody reading this, just know that I would NEVER do business this way. And UPS must know it, too, because the people at corporate said they're going to be working with all of their franchise partners to advise them what to say (and creating notices for their stores). If this has happened to you at any UPS Store, let me know. Smells like a class action lawsuit, and until I get this refund and they start telling every customer who pays extra that they will NOT get a refund if it fails, I will make it my mission to ensure this happens to nobody else. read more

My clerk/Robin was smart, personable and efficient. She took care of everything and sent me on my way. An hour or so later she called twice before she got ahold of me to ask me whether I meant to include one of the receipts for one of the presents that I had left in the bag. Of course I told her 'no'. I came into this store on a day that only one employee was working due to short staffing the staff member Samantha working was phenomenal all while being swamped with a never ending line out the door. I just had twins so I had a build up of return along with a notary I needed processed for their birth certificates. Samantha although she was swamped never made me feel rushed through the process she was so kind and understanding. She was efficient with every transaction and so hard working. I've been to this UPS store location two times recently on a Friday, once in morning and the other time in the evening around 5pm. It's never busy and always clean. A definite thumbs up! Jessica has helped me on both occasions. Although she is quiet, she's nice, attentive and provides great customer service! She has helped me and made sure my packages were packaged correctly every time since I've seem to have forgotten how. Lol. Great customer service is hard to find these days. For being the only associate working Jessica is (still) phenomenal (read previous review). I felt like letting my inner creeper shine so I "looked" at greeting cards whilst eavesdropping as I waited. For three totally different types of transactions Jessica was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Typically one of those qualities goes by the wayside when customers are waiting but she was consistent throughout. I saw what looked like notary, shipping and promoting a (ink)stamp that a customer expressed interest in ...and that was all for one transaction. Ok and now I seem like a stalker. What!? I get impressed by this kind of service. I recommend this location over any other and definitely over any other competitor. Which reminds me, FedEx came in to drop off a package. Make sure you have taped your bag or box or there will be a one dollar fee, even for a small bag (for a very small piece of tape). I've never been charged at my regular store. The young man that helped me was gracious but the vibe was very tense probably due to the poor attitude of the female manager. I wouldn't stop here again. Update in response to owners response. I am very aware that packages need to be secured before shipping. I had one small bag I overlooked that needed one small piece of tape, the size of a Manila envelopes width. Charging one dollar for that is you trying to take advantage of your customers. I noticed many other reviewers commenting on your very rude female employee. Hung was so helpful, I emailed it to him and he printed it for us right away - but here's where he blew us away with kindness. We sent a doc via a Mac computer, which he couldn't open. I resent the info in an email copied in the body of the email, he went over and beyond by reformatting it to a Word doc and printing it to look as we originally needed it. That explanation doesn't make any sense. I'm very sure that pre-paid postage includes transportation to the destination successfully. The dollar fee you are charging at your location should be a company wide policy at UPS and not implemented at one UPS location. Sounds like other UPS stores are doing it right. After dealing with the slow and terrible service from the Lincoln store I started coming to this location. What a difference! Helpful, friendly and professional. They are ALOT faster than the Lincoln store where the line is always out the door. UPDATE: Contacted UPS corporate and has them email me the signature confirmation. Looks like the driver just decided to sign for the package on his own and left it. I'd give a half star if I could. I guess UPS does not require signatures for packages that say "require signature". Had a package being delivered that said it required a signature. Driver just left it on the door step and drove away. Didnt knock. Nothing. Didn't get a signature from me or my wife. DO NOT DO YOUR LIVESCAN HERE!!!!!!! If you're desperate for a LiveScan, check every single line of info before you allow them to roll prints and submit. I am self-sponsoring through a POST academy, which means that there is no agency to send my LiveScan results to digitally, and the clearance letter will be mailed directly to me. That is how it should have worked, anyway. $76 later, I thought I was ahead of the game because I did my scan with several weeks to spare. After waiting 11 days and seeing other friends receive their clearance letters within 3-4 days, I became concerned. I contacted UPS to make sure they entered all info correctly. The employee that did my LiveScan put the WRONG address in on the request. I was explicitly clear that my address should be entered as written on my form and not my ID (I had not received my new ID from the DMV yet.) The UPS store updated my address on the request, but the DOJ does not resend approval letters when there was an OPERATOR ERROR! I had the kind female employee redo my LiveScan, under the guise of not being forced to pay for the scan since the store employee (Nguygen) made a mistake. As I was walking out the door, the "manager" Devan demanded I pay ANOTHER $76 for the new scan. He also insisted that the address on the LiveScan doesn't matter, because the results are sent electronically. Let me reiterate that because I am not hired by an agency for this academy, the ONLY WAY to receive the results of the LiveScan is via snail mail to my physical address, which was correctly written on the LiveScan request form. There is no mail code or agency billing info on this form, only my OWN information to receive results via mail. I paid $152 for LiveScans here because the employees made mistakes and did not enter information according to the LiveScan request form and the store manager forced me to pay for the scan twice within 11 days. UPS Store corporate customer service was unable to refund me since this store is a franchise, but even their corporate office understood and agreed that being forced to pay for the store's mistake is unacceptable. Go anywhere but here for this service unless you want to shell out hundreds of dollars for poor service and rude, incompetent employees. read more

I usually go the ups near my house and they are phenomenal. I do most of my shopping on amazon and have had to return things as well. So, I had an appointment nearby this place and decided to return 2 items. One of the items didn't require any packaging as the return instructions said to just present the code to return. The ups rep proceeded to tell me that I need to buy packaging for the items and that I can't send it off in a clear bag. To this, I told him that I have done the returns before at the other location and have never had issues. The other ups store actually puts things in a clear bag and ship them off without asking me to pay for packaging. Also, the amazon instructions clearly stated that I didn't need it. I had printed the barcode for the second item I had and it was a in a small box. I know the other location usually take things and put it in a small bag and ship it off. This rep didn't seem to want to help but kept asking my to buy packaging which I didn't want to do as I have had other people at ups store never ask to do it. It was confusing as well as disappointing. As for the second item, I decided not to mail it with him. Now I will have to stop by my nearby location and waste more of my time. Will not be back at this place! Update: Thanks for your feedback but the associate was telling me I needed packaging without scanning the code and once he did he found out that there was no packaging required. Please advise your associate to first scan the code and then make judgements. Also, why would amazon instructions say no packaging needed and then for you guys to ask for one. I received excellent service this morning from Jessica! She is friendly, quick, and very efficient. They say the mind doesn't "multi-task;" well, that might be, but Jessica definitely switched between tasks with great efficiency. There were four of us in the store. No one had to wait long and it seemed everyone was acknowledged and allowed to say what they were there for and she responded accordingly. My visit required notary service. I'd forgotten they do copies, so once my signature was notarized, I mentioned that I was heading to (another store) to make copies. Jessica made them for me for only slightly more than (the other store's) cost of self-service and it saved me another stop. I also inquired about cost for shredding and it's very competitive. I will definitely be back! And, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this UPS location to others... read more
