I told her I'd follow-up after the holiday weekend. She left a message Tuesday that the print was ready for pickup. Molly went over and above my expectations, gave of her time and clearly explained and answered all my questions, clearly a not a profitable job for all the time she spent with me! When I questioned why that was necessary just to mail a letter, I was told they needed to add me into their system to "make things easier next time." Another employee chimed in and said this was "standard." I made it clear that I did not want my personal information stored in their system just to send a piece of mail. The entire interaction felt unnecessary and intrusive, so I trusted my gut and left. I then went to the local USPS office up the street, mailed the same letter without having to hand over my driver's license or personal data, and it cost significantly less. Based on my experience, I would avoid this location unless absolutely necessary.

The price for one single stamp is $.078. I was charged $1.25 which is a $.047 or 60% markup. When I said something about the price the two males behind the counter started laughing and speaking in a language that was not English and so I did not understand what was being said. That is offensive! No thank you. I have a printer it's cheaper to use pirate ship to purchase postage and ship packages. She often comes across as having a power trip and is snappy with customers, creating an uncomfortable environment. It's baffling to me how someone who appears to dislike interacting with people so much is in a customer-facing role. I genuinely don't understand how she is still employed here, given the consistently negative experience she provides. I hope this issue is addressed, as it significantly impacts the overall impression of this location.
