This company do not deserve any star the person named Vikash Singh he came to my store asking me I can fix your sign. I said to him come next time he stop by couple time let me fix your sign so one day I ask him how much he gonna cost me, he told me he's gonna charge me $900 to fix my sign and he asked me to give me a cash $200 down payment. I gave him a $200. $700 left to Pay. He told me he's gonna come next week as of today, February 16 I've been calling this guy and this business, he didn't answer any phone. I text him not respond. Recently I moved my office in with another State Farm Agent in Fair Oaks, on top of that State Farm Corporate was in the midst of a sign replacement program. Jason and his crew gave us a quote that was less than half of that given by the national sign vendor. It would require an extra few steps on our part and on theirs but the savings well outweighed the extra steps. Of course dealing with a huge corporation causes some delays and waiting for an elephant to move sometimes takes longer than anticipated. They stayed with it and jumped thru all of the hoops thrown at them. In addition there were unforeseen issues with the building electrical that had to be dealt with. They addressed those head on and kept us in the loop the entire time. They also did the monument sign changes for us. When we originally approached our property management about the change they required us to use their vendor. After talking with them and having them see the work Sign Up was doing they Ok'd them to make that change. With all of the corporate hoops to jump thru and the building issues having this kept with Sign Up really made things easier for us. Our finished product is great and we are very pleased with the outcome. I am not sure how they will display the work on their website but my office is at 4401 Hazel Ave Suite 115 in Fair Oaks if you would like to see the work. Terrible customer service. Tried to make an appointment to come fix my businesses sign. I was scheduled for 12 (noon) Thursday. Person didn't show, and nobody called. I call them at 4:30 and they told me that appointments got pushed back because of rain in the morning. While that makes sense, and I was completely receptive of the fact that water and electricity does not mix, I would have appreciated a phone call. So nobody shows up Thursday, or gives me a call. I call Friday. I was told I would be called back with an appointment time. Nobody calls me. Monday, still no call. Tuesday, I call them. I'm trying to be patient, but the guy hangs up on me (intentional or not) he doesn't call me back. At this point I give up. Doesn't seem like they want my business. I call them up and cancel, Ron tries to tell me that they will have somebody out tomorrow. I tell them, don't bother. Simply terrible. One of the top 10 worst sub contractors we have ever worked with. We hired them for a simple neon job and a sign replacement. Contract said they would complete in 10 days as I did not want our sign down long. They took our sign down on the exterior of the business and then took 45 days to put new sign up. To date, one of the letters is higher than the rest. They came back about 5 times after I called to tell them they had a lot of missing neon and they had not hung the building sign. Very poor work. Salesman,Jason would not return my calls and owner Ron found excuse after excuse. They charge my credit cad for full payment and then told me it was done. The job was ordered in November 2012 and now it is March of 2013 and they did not complete two of the signs. read more

I have had a completely different experience with Jay and the business then the other people on here, makes you think how many of those reviews are real...I got a great price and a stellar sign hung up for my business. They designed it exactly as promised and the price was mutually agreed upon ahead of time. If you buy silver and expect gold, let me know where you shop!
