I normally have the best service at this location however not in this last case of doing notary services for a loan modification on my home. I have nothing in writing stating that they don't refund from the notary if the notary did the signatures wrong. So they just said there's a sign somewhere in their building that states there are no refunds for their error. I had eight signatures that came out to $120 and that's a lot of money to spend on a rejection for my home loan modification. I would like to personally speak to the notary who did my paperwork however I don't have access to her information so if anyone does know how to get a hold of her I would like to understand how that could go wrong. Dropped a box off on 12/17 to go to the East Coast. Clerk told me USPS was telling him ground was taking 5-7 days. I trusted his advice and went with regular ground. On 12/20, my package was tracking as still in Sacramento and no arrival until 12/26 pm. I realize this was Xmas, but I trusted the advice of the business on a delivery date. It was wrong. I was wrong. I could have went with guaranteed delivery 2-3 days for $20.00 more if there was a chance the package wouldn't have been delivered on time. The key word is trust. Will I shop again at a business whose word I don't trust? Maybe, maybe not. I certainly won't depend on their advice unless I pay money for a guaranteed delivery. read more

Aside from the Livescan machine going a wee bit wonky and requiring a reboot it was a fairly quick and painless process. Audrey was friendly and efficient despite a very busy store. The machine is located in the back of their store so you go a bit "behind the scenes", just prepare for that. I don't mind paying for convenience as this shop is close to my house but they were obviously being very greedy. We drove to the post office and it was a much more reasonable $30. Stolen Orders. Started dropping my online orders off here because they take USPS,UPS and Fedex so we wouldnt have to make an extra trip. Buyers started claiming their orders never arrived and checking tracking orders were never scanned in. Only means one thing that the orders were stolen and never sent to buyers. Exact date stolen 8/11/23. Hope this helps someone else running a business. Do not drop off packages if you do have them scan them in so they can not be taken. read more

I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE THE RATE OF THE CARRIER We sent a Fedex package May 4th from this location and were charged almost double what Fedex would have charged. The box weighed 11 lbs, 18x14x8, express saver service, hold at the FedEx destination ("will-call, NOT deliver). The Fedex staff told me their rate would have been $33.31. "Just Send It" charged us $52.95. I spoke with Fidel, who told me he "doesn't know what the machine is going to charge" but that there is a markup of 13% or 17% - he isn't sure what. (A surcharge of 13% would have been $37.64 and 17% would have been $38.97. Again, we were charged $52.95) There was a mistake processing the shipment - it was supposed to be put on hold at the FedEx station, instead the staff at Just Ship It marked for delivery to a residence, which created a $5.30 additional charge. Fidel said he would review the transaction and happily refund any discrepancies he may find. Unfortunately, I was not able to go in person as I live almost 100 miles away, and I had a friend send this for me, who is familiar with shipping FedEx, and who also had a picture of a FedEx airbill filled out correctly I texted to him, from which to provide shipping information. When my friend went back, Fidel indicated WE had provided the wrong information, etc etc etc, and refunded $1.94 (that's ONE DOLLAR AND NINETY-FOUR CENTS) I am in contact with FedEx sales staff concerning the overcharging practice of this business. read more

I came to Just Send It Postal Center a few weeks ago to get my fingerprints taken. I had a hard time finding the store because it's around the side of the shopping center facing Winco and OSH across the street. Inside they have machines to make black and white and color copies, as well as a fax machine behind the counter to use. You can also ship stuff via UPS/USPS/Fedex for a reasonable price. They sell packing boxes and envelopes and various packing related materials. They have PO Boxes inside that you can rent as well, and a selection of used books, cards, official forms, etc. for purchase. I made my fingerprint appointment for 4:00pm on a Friday, but fortunately they weren't too busy so they were able to take me a little early. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my appointment and the whole process only took about 2 minutes to actually get my prints and I was on my way! I would come back to Just Send It if I was in the area. read more

I have gone here a number of times but I finally have to break down and say something. I understand these people are just doing their jobs but this is not the first time I have had a problem. I had a prepaid label and the employee said that I would probably want a bag to go with it so I said sure and then she sealed it up and charged me three dollars, when I mentioned that typically when I had a prepaid label I hadn't had to pay before. she said you probably used the priority ship box instead of the bag, so I asked if I could please ship in a box and she shrugged and said she already sealed it up. I wanted the tracking numbers and they told me they were to busy that they would get me them later, I called 45 minutes before they closed and the guy that was working there was extremely rood and irritated that I wanted my tracking, long story short when he sent me my tracking numbers he mixed two up and the third package was held for two days before it was sent and gave me a tracking number that didnt exist... this place has lost my business read more

This location is great! They offer so many services from copies and faxes to notaries and mailboxes. They have a small staff so sometimes lines get long, but i don't mind the wait. I always find the service to be friendly and knowledgeable. They fairly new management in there but you can always find Audrey, who has been there at least 15 years. That's the kind of experience I'm looking for. In the store you can also find items from greeting cards to bags of Bodega Bay coffee. I've even purchased a bag of the coffee, good tasting stuff. This is right by my house and I have been going to them for years. It's so easy having a place that faxes, has mailing supplies and a notary public, makes keys and copies and convenient in location. The employees have always been nice to me and helped me out. My only complaint is that they can be slow. And it's not cause they're not working. I don't know if it's how fast they move or the customers are slow or the computers are. But it can get a little irritating cause I want to get in and out. I came here a couple months ago to get my passport photos taken. I think it was $12.99 for two pictures (a couple dollars less than USPS) and the lady let me review the picture before printing. She was friendly and efficient. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes, and most of that was time was spent waiting for the photos to print. I haven't tried any of the other printing and mailing services, but glad to know that they are available. I will be back again based on how well my first experience went and how close it is to home. Meanwhile, it was vital that I had the name badge on my label, for a group presentation within 5 days.
