This place totally ripped me off! I spent $35 to mail an envelope over night and when it was delivered it was only posted for $5 and the person I mailed it too, had to pay $15 to receive it. Don't ever go here. read more

Bought 3 books of stamps. Stamp books are both sides of the paper. These aren't. They will charge you claiming you bought a full book. Stay away. That's a federal crime. read more

Constantly loosing my packages/mail, and then tell me they dont have it instead of looking for it.last 5 packages ive recieved i never got package slip in my po box and only way i no they have my mail is tracking numbers. They put my mail in another po box before and told me the tracking numbers saying delivered was wrong./its amazons fault or fedex fault when its always them misplacing mail. I had two packages delivered one on 1/29/19 one 1/30/19 and they argued saying im looking at one from day before when it says was delievered to front desk/- receptionist 1/30/2019 @ 12:08pm but they wont even look at phone they just make excuses.this used be great business now i cant wait to get my important legal papers so i can find another po box.i will never again do any business with this company again after this.im sure its federal offences be showing other peoples mail to me also. I dont know how they are legally able to be approved with all the shipping companys. Will be contacting BBB also this is not how you run a business. read more

I have been going to this store for many years and have sent packages. This time they charged me twice for one transaction. And they are closed on Sunday so they will probably not be crediting me until I have to go back into their store on Monday. When a store makes a mistake it makes me very nervous. I doubt I will ever use my debit card again in this place. Cash only from now on. read more

This place was great! The staff was really courteous and helped me pack, tape and mail everything in a very timely manner. While inside I also learned that the last UPS pickup for the day is at 3pm and the last USPS pickup is at 4:30pm. I'll definitely be coming back to this place. read more

I have used this service for several months, competitive pricing and convenient. I send all kinds of things from hot wheels to books. The employees have always been great and have saved me money at times by helping me change my packaging. 5 stars for the employees. I met the owner today, she charged me an extra dollar for tracking on a hot wheel, (Tiny box). I told her I normally dont get charged for that. She was kind enough to say that she gives her employees the option to charge depending on the customer and the package. Then she said I'm the owner and I get to charge whenever I want. Ok then, please give me your schedule and I will avoid you at all costs. And believe me the extra dollar isn't the point. read more

Sent 2 packages their via UPS last week. On Monday sent my son's passport to him via 3-day. When my husband was shown the shipping options, he was shown that with 3-day, it would arrive at my son's apartment by noon. It arrived there at 6:24 p.m. The next day, my husband went in to mail my son's birthday package via UPS ground. He was told that it would arrive Saturday. It is now Monday and it isn't due to arrive until later today. I went to the shop on Thursday afternoon to complain about the information we were given on arrival times/dates vs. the actual times. They took my information and number and said they would look into it and call me. I never receive a call. We will be choosing somewhere else for our future shipping needs. read more

They have a very simple task. Put label on box and hand it to the courier (i.e. ups, USPS, fed ex, etc). They can't even do that right. Paid $170 to send baby clothes overseas for my newborn niece and they put the address on the label wrong and the package got sent back. Waste of money because now by the time I send the clothes back, the clothes won't fit her anymore because she's not a newborn. The package spent weeks going in circles overseas trying to find a wrong address. Thanks for wasting my time and money! read more

Rip off!!!! I went into Just-Send-It to send a fax. Although there were only a few customers, it took about 30 minutes to receive service. They faxed 10 pages for $11.00. When I called the bank to verify whether they had received the fax, they said it was illegible. So, because time was an issue, I drove to the bank to give the document to them directly. While at the bank, I called Just-Send-It to inform them of the problem with the fax. They said I should come back in so they could re-send the fax. I explained that I had decided to drop the papers at the bank, and instead wanted a refund. The woman on the phone said, OK. About 10 minutes later when I got to the store for the refund, I was told by Sherri, the owner), that in fact I could not get a refund. I told her that the lady on the phone had told me I could have a refund, and asked her to call the bank to verify that there was a problem with the fax, which she did. The lady at the bank told Sherri the fax was illegible and that she had shredded it. She also told her that the bank had not had any problem with any other faxes. At that point, Sherri asked me to show her the originals to confirm they were not defective, and they were not. She then decided that she could only refund half of the money to me because it was partially the banks fault. How she determined that the bank was partially at fault I have no idea. I decided she could keep the $11.00 since she seemed to need it so badly. I will NEVER SPEND MONEY THERE AGAIN, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!! read more

I've had a postal box at this location for a year now, so I'm not just an occasional customer. The annual fee they charge for a postal box is totally worth it, considering that I used to go to a UPS Store that charged $3.00 for every box I had delivered there. In my opinion, Audrey is the backbone of the business. She has my box number memorized so if she isn't busy, when I walk in the door, she is already on her way to the back to get my package. I'll be renewing my postal box again for another year. read more

I went there yesterday and I had a large envelope to send to Cottonwood. the price he quoted was $11 plus change! I was shocked. I went to Bel Air and they sent it for $6 something! That is almost 50% markup! The Bel Air clerk said that they are contracted with Post office so they sell at Post Office rates. However, the staff at Just Send it are great and they are a great UPS drop off site. So the service is great, but the prices to mail something - not. read more

Really, really not happy with their prices! AT ALL! Flat Rate medium box is $12.35 through USPS ( rate also at Bel Air) but $19+ for same box at Just Send It! Unbelievable! It is a FLAT RATE!!!!! No matter the weight or where it is going ( must have US zip code that includes military and territories). A 50% markup and all they do is stick the label on it and the post office comes to them! I will never go there again! read more
