Kellie was amazing at helping me when I was shipping off packages to my late mother's friends . He was patient, helpful and friendly . The line was not too long either. The parking lot is very small. Kellie explained that they take xfinity boxes back at this location and they also do paper shredding. It was about $34 dollars for 30 or so pounds of shred. I avoid this store; I will drive miles out of my way to avoid it. The parking situation is beyond frustrating. They have very limited parking and the actual lot is so tiny that if you choose to wait for someone to move so you can grab a spot, you will block someone from being able to get into the lot behind you and off the busy street. I've tried double parking, thinking I would run in and out quickly with my Amazon return but nope, there is always a line and it's not the quickest moving line. I would say that 80% of my visits to this location had this frustrating parking situation. It's simply to stressful to deal with. Initially when I approached the entrance the line was almost all the way out of the door! I thought this was going to be an all day event. I only had a small package to return. I was pleasently surprised on how quickly the line narowed down. Before I knew it, maybe 5-7 minutes waiting and then it was in my turn. I was gone within a few moments and also learned that they have a kiosk by the door that is self service and simple to use. The customer service was awesome. I had a huge box and the girl opened the door and even offered to take the box. I didn't have my label but she told me they have a service to print it for a few. All in all the only reason I didn't give five stars is because the cost to print and the cost of the supplies they sale. But I'd definitely recommend this location based on the service, how friendly the girl was. I wish I had gotten her name. You're in the 21st century? $5 for them to print your shipping label for you, it's not a sticky label, literally a normal piece of paper that comes out of a normal printer. The company is partnered together with UPS, so all you have to do is bring the cables, cable box and remote control and UPS will box it up for you for free as well as ship it free of charge to Xfinity for you, how great is that?! I would highly recommend this location and they offer more than stamps, they also engrave pet tags believe it or not, sell gift wrapping and right now Valentine's Day greeting cards! This is my go to UPS store. Parking can get a little rough since it shares with the Donut King, but I haven't had a problem locating a spot yet. If you go here when it's not busy (I usually come right when they open), it's a fast and efficient in and out deal. If you come in the afternoon however and they're busy, it's going to take a bit of time and patience. I came around 10:15 in the morning when it was very busy, but in reality it only took about 10 or 15 minutes to get to the counter. It's a small store and normally only two workers, but they go as fast as they can with the situation they are working on. read more

I've been here a few times to return Amazon items. It's pretty easy. Just stand in a line that sometimes goes all the way around the outside and wait for it to go down. Once getting help, hand over the item(s), they scan them and give you a receipt. I can't necessarily say customer service is good or bad because the interactions have always been super brief, literally seconds. Very convenient. The parking is what usually gets me. This is a very good GPS store. They have all the things that all the UPS stores have, and they have some thing that a lot of UPS stores don't have. They have a lot of staff. It was crowded, but they had five people working at the counter and it moved very quickly so the store itself is good. The service is very good but the parking is horrible. From the lot that I saw it appeared to be very few spots. And the shape of the lot was strange so movement of more than one car is risky. Getting in and out of it was very difficult. I'm fortunate that I have a disabled placard, and the disabled spot happen to be occupied at the time I arrived, but the car was just leaving so I was fortunate to get the spot which is close to the door. But it was tight to get them out and me in. So the parking is not good. Plan ahead park, somewhere nearby and walk. But go to the store. read more

As I was driving my husband to the airport early one Monday morning, he realized he had forgotten something at home. We decided that I would overnight the item to him via UPS or FedEx. We knew it would expensive, given the expedited service, but it was necessary. I looked online at UPS and FedEx, just to get an idea of approximate costs. The item I was shipping was very light so I was hoping that it wouldn't be TOO expensive. But from what I could gather, it seemed like the minimum they charge would be one pound. To get to the destination next day by 10:30am, FedEx would be $83 and UPS would be $79. Since UPS was less expensive, I decided to swing by this UPS location on my way home from the gym. When I got there, the employee greeted me with a smile and after I explained what I needed, she quoted me prices that were higher than the ones I found online. When I asked why and showed her my screenshots, she showed me that online, the prices were for "billable" accounts, which apparently were for corporate accounts that companies set up in advance with UPS. My price would instead be around $95 to get there before 5pm the next day, and around $116 to get there at 10:30am. *gulp* Ugh, I was a bit peeved that the prices were so different than online so let the employee know that I'd call my husband and see which service he wanted me to choose. She nodded and then I proceeded to call my husband. As I had just started talking to him, she walked to another counter and came back with a paper envelope that she said she thought might fit our package. She said it would only be $58 if I could fit the item in there! I excitedly told my husband never mind and got off the phone. I was so thrilled to be paying $58 instead of $95+! I'm so grateful that this employee, Maddie/Maddy, didn't just leave me to make my phone call and choose the expensive options, but that she was actively trying to help me find lower cost options. Throughout the whole process, I was impressed with her thoroughness, attention to details and her patience with my questions. I loved how she double checked her work and allowed me to check everything to my satisfaction too. She is definitely a wonderful employee and gave me a great impression of this location. read more

The people in here are generally nice but I shipped a package from here and the lady said everything was good to go. I got a receipt, tracking and everything. Well that package went to entirely different state and address. She obviously printed the wrong sticker. It went to an address I never even heard of and didn't have in my possession anywhere. So I filed a complaint. The package was delivered to that random address and there's nothing I could do about it. Once you give your mail to these guys there's nothing you can do. I've talked to 5 people at ups about this. They enter my info, try and research it and tell me what I already know. that's it. No offer of a refund for the contents which was around $150, or even the f$&king shipping. I feel it's their responsibility after that package was out of my hands. Eventually this ordeal just got to a standstill and it ended up being me just bugging them all the time. I guess I have to give up. It's still unresolved and that's all there is to it. It's been almost a damn year now. I've spent so much time trying to get this figured out I've actually probably wasted more money in time that the cost of the stupid package. I'm royallllly pissed off still about it. But I guess a new year is upon us so I'll learn to let it go. It's just the principle. read more

Absolutely amazing experience!! The supervisor Austin was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond his call of duty to help us out! He talked to Amazon for a return we had and they weren't willing to help us out with more shipping labels (for different packages, even though Amazon sent us 4 different packages) and he knew the correct processing process and advocated for us on the phone which we then got all the labels we needed for free! He then proceeded to print them all and package them all for us! We had such a great experience when doing a return that was so new and foreign to us and Austin really helped out! The other workers present saw us come back in and waiting for Austin specifically and they immediately jumped in and took over the customer he was working with so that Austin could help us out. I ship out regularly and have always had a positive experience here! Staff is friendly, positive and professional. Sometimes it gets busy as they offer additional services, such as passport photos, notary and faxing/scanning. The parking can get a little tight too, late in the afternoon with UPS truck. SHADY business practices from the franchise owner. BestBuy.com advertises free shipping and obviously partners with UPS Stores since UPS stores are listed as alternate shipping locations on bestbuy.com. I made the mistake of shipping a birthday present for my son to the UPS store to save myself from waiting in line at best buy since they're not taking customers in store. BIG MISTAKE. not only was there a line out to the parking lot today but when I got in I was told by Nathan I could not pick up my package unless I pay 5 bucks because I don't have a PO box at this store. I was told it was a policy of the franchise owner and not UPS (which I know is a BS fee because its listed on the receipt as "standard service" which sounds like a generic sku they use for unofficial services). Straight BS that this store is allowed to hold peoples packages hostage when shipping is already paid. I will NOT recommend UPS or The UPS Store to anyone ever again since each franchise can make up their own prices. Its not even about the 5 bucks its the principal of it. The employee behind the counter could not answer how anyone is suppose to know up front of these fees. UPS has a contract to provide shipping services for Best Buy, this UPS store location benefits from the advertising of being listed as a shipping location on BestBuy.com. I pay them, they ship the package with UPS. Really shady and sneaky and simply petty for the UPS store to hold my package hostage over 5 bucks. Is your owner really that big of a tightwad? I went into this location to drop off a package today. My first and last time. Not one single person - employee or customer - was wearing a mask when I went in. There were at least ten people that I can remember - probably more. Concerned, I called when I got home. Their voicemail was full, so I was hung up on. I called again and a [very young sounding] person answered. It was Austin, the store manager, who told me that because this is a franchise, they do not have to follow the UPS guidelines for COVID-19. Nobody at this store wears masks, nor do they have screens in place to protect customers or employees. Their "social distancing" taped markings on the carpet for the line share the same space as the areas for customers to shop or write or copy or whatever (I don't know what was happening there, but there was a lot going on on the side and I had to stand in the doorway to avoid standing next to the people using that area). He was happy to tell me to not come back and before hanging up said, "have fun at another store". Oh, I will, Austin. It's called FedEx. read more

I was disappointed in my last visit to ups store, i usually go there to print some papers because i don't have a printer at home and they charge 16 cents for one piece of paper, but during my last visit they charged me $3.16 for one piece of paper!!! The reason for that is because i used the computer inside the store, so i told them that the last time i printed from the computer i was charged only 16 cents , but they said that this is the fee for using the computer and that there is a paper on the computer that i didn't pay attention to. So my suggestion for the store is to make the first three minutes free, i only printed one lousy paper in black and white and i paid 3.16$ for it... Went in here recently to mail a package. I was mailing it Canon and they have a business partnership with UPS so I was supposed to receive a 20% discount for shipping to Canon. However, the person helping me seemed to have no idea about this and didn't know who to process this so I ended up just shipping it without the discount. I know I could have printed he instructions myself and brought them in since Canon provides them, but you would think the employees or management would already know what they are doing. read more
