This has been my go to quick print/ship store for decades and I've seen the worst of them come and go but this crew takes the prize. They either have no idea what they're doing or go to great lengths to try to insult everyone just minding their own business using the printers. The color of my hair doesn't indicate my level of intelligence or capability. And this may seem like a nit, but it's annoying that employees take the end parking spots (on the left side facing the store) that customers of a certain age like myself need to use so we don't have to walk halfway across the parking lot because the smoke shop always has all of the other store front walkway parking spots taken all day long. The staff at this location explained that Canva factory has the big print machines and this location does not. So they do a few things manually and don't always have the same quality paper.

Their customer service has always been top notch & they are always willing to ensure the quality of the job is done well. Around Thanksgiving last year, we were in a major bind; an online printer couldn't open our files, & we suddenly needed 2,500 prints ASAP. Demetrius, the manager at the time, stepped up & handled everything. Despite the tight deadline, he & his team were able to push the entire job out within 24 hours. They understood our urgency & worked with incredible efficiency. And now the new manager, Jennika, has been extremely helpful & responsive. I'm hopeful she'll stay around for a while!
