I have to say that after working with Usha and her incredible team, They have NEVER let me down. Always on time and always reasonable. I had to produce a huge complicated Operations Manual with 12 sections- about a thousand pages, some in color and some in B/W. They didn't blink an eye. They even reworked their quote to find a way to make it LESS expensive to produce. There aren't many places that will actively work to lower their price without you asking for it. They did worked out some ways to get it done. I saved hundreds of dollars just in this one job. There have been projects that have had to be printed and shipped to different locations on a tight turnaround. They did it with no problem. Love the people and the service at this location! Been working with Alphagraphics for 2 years now, so this review is long overdue. Usha, Roberto, Andrea and there is one more girl but I forgot to catch her name. They are ALL very helpful and knowledgeable! If you ever are in need of printing services or graphic designs, Look no Further! They are conveniently located off the corner or Trade center and Sunrise Blvd with plenty of parking. I was pressed for time and on a deadline (which I always am LOL) Roberto came through for me and whipped up design within a few hours that I could work with for marketing purposes. I always order business cards, stock cards for patients with our company logo, banners and any other office needs. Seriously, I have been given the run around when I worked with another company (No names but its literally in the same area) time was of an essence as it always is for me and it seemed they did not have their priorities together. The best! I thank this store soooo much. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful, especially considering I have no idea what I'm doing creating a memorial service program. Seriously took less than 1 day for them to assist me in submitting the program I designed, proofed it, provided a sample and had 175 copies ready! $275 for 175, 8 page, quality, glossy booklet. Recently, I had to make calendars for my daughters school fund raising event. After making the calendars at home, I realized it was going to take me too much ink to print it at home. I checked around for a reasonable price. Kinko's was outrageous. Finally, my wife found Alphagraphics on line and she called them. She explained this was fund raising event for kids and the cooperation was amazing. Not only she gave us an amazing discount, they actually scanned our final product in high resolution scanner, and did some touch up using Photo shop, which made the beautiful art even more amazing. Absolutely the best print shop I have ever used and that includes some large commercial shops. Here's what you WANT TO KNOW: I walked for the first time, discussed the job with James who quickly understood what I needed. About two hours later I got an e-mail saying job was finished. When I picked up the job it was perfect. OK, so a glowing review about a great local business that is fast and efficient with good prices and very nice people to work with but here's what you NEED TO KNOW: go talk to James very early in your process. He can save time and money by helping you deliver exactly what they need to best print your job. I would have saved myself many hours and a headache if I would have followed this advice. read more

Would not recommend this Alphagraphics location. Projects were consistently late. Although pricing was "guaranteed" for a year by the owner in our original contracted pricing, the owner halted orders until she could renegotiate pricing, which put my business in quite a bind while I searched for another printer. Print quality was good; however, a print business needs timely fulfillment of orders and truly guaranteed pricing. Dependability is a must for on-going business relationships. read more

I would not recommend alpha graphics for printing important image-related projects. I used them for prints on some artwork and when the quality was sub-par-- they were surprisingly INFLEXIBLE with attaining customer satisfaction. I was surprised and upset about their "Not our problem" attitude. I will not go back. Maybe you'll have a better experience. read more

Like the other reviewer stated, they were very accommodating with any concerns or requests I had. I've had several booklets and a batch of posters done here and I was very satisfied with their pricing, quality of work and overall service. There's a website I use for a big order (500+ copies) because it's cheaper there for such order, but for a smaller batch order, Alphagraphics is my go-to place because their pricing is exceptionally competitive and reasonable, while the quality of their work and customer service far surpasses other printing places around the area (for such an affordable price). When I placed my first order with them, they had been open for less than a year and I even hoped they won't go out of business in the grim economy back then with all the empty buildings around the area (which still are...) and I'm so happy that this place is still in business and doing well (according to the 5 year anniversary email I received). I think what makes this business great is that the owner regularly checks in the office and makes sure things are done right. She is usually my first point of contact, maybe that's why everything goes in smooth and prompt manner. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more
