Actually the place was so good The service, the communication and the staff were amazing team Thanks read more

Unfriendly staff is uncooperative and dismissive. Email correspondence is difficult and unnecessarily lengthy, and my project has been set back about a week. I cannot stress how unfriendly the middle aged bald guy was to me. read more

I needed a quick and fast print job and emailed first to see if they were able to complete my request. They responded very quickly letting me know they were able to do my job and provided pricing. I popped in same day, dropped off my files and by next business day, my prints were completed. They were super fast in production and response time and were very helpful. read more

Alphagraphics has consistently provided fast, quality service with incredible for me over the years. From printing oversized plans for a home or business renovation to stunning prints of office party materials they cannot be beaten for price, quality and speed! read more

My company uses AlphaGraphics fairly often for print materials of all kinds. Roberto is always extremely helpful and gets back to me as soon as I send him a new project. Several times (including today), I've run into situations where I needed something printed in a day or so, and they've come through whenever possible. I absolutely reccomend them for bulk orders and important projects, they'll come through for you! read more

Roberto is a treasure! His communication was on point, prompt and courteous. I was asked to revamp business cards for my company and Alphagraphics did not disappoint. Not only did we get new business cards, but I also got a new plant after commenting about the gorgeous greenery within the reception area. Clippings courtesy of, you guessed it, Roberto! Thank you so much for such exceptional service! read more

Alphagraphics treats my small projects as if they were the most important thing to them. They are always polite, professional, and go out of their way to help meet my deadlines. As a person not well-versed in making things camera-ready, I appreciated Roberto's expertise and assistance. Thank you all. read more

I have to say that after working with Usha and her incredible team, They have NEVER let me down. Always on time and always reasonable. I had to produce a huge complicated Operations Manual with 12 sections- about a thousand pages, some in color and some in B/W. They didn't blink an eye. They even reworked their quote to find a way to make it LESS expensive to produce. There aren't many places that will actively work to lower their price without you asking for it. They did worked out some ways to get it done. I saved hundreds of dollars just in this one job. There have been projects that have had to be printed and shipped to different locations on a tight turnaround. They did it with no problem. I cannot say enough good things about this location. and the people there are THE BEST! read more

Great services and accommodating staff. High standards kind of work I would recommend them to anyone

Love the people and the service at this location! Been working with Alphagraphics for 2 years now, so this review is long overdue. Usha, Roberto, Andrea and there is one more girl but I forgot to catch her name. They are ALL very helpful and knowledgeable! If you ever are in need of printing services or graphic designs, Look no Further! They are conveniently located off the corner or Trade center and Sunrise Blvd with plenty of parking. I was pressed for time and on a deadline (which I always am LOL) Roberto came through for me and whipped up design within a few hours that I could work with for marketing purposes. I always order business cards, stock cards for patients with our company logo, banners and any other office needs. Seriously, I have been given the run around when I worked with another company (No names but its literally in the same area) time was of an essence as it always is for me and it seemed they did not have their priorities together. I could no longer work with them. If you want A++++ service then get your work done here. read more

Have been going there for years to get my workbook printed and bonded. A beautiful cover page graphic design that gets anyone's attention. I appreciate the entire team. You guys are the best! read more

The best! I thank this store soooo much. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful, especially considering I have no idea what I'm doing creating a memorial service program. Seriously took less than 1 day for them to assist me in submitting the program I designed, proofed it, provided a sample and had 175 copies ready! $275 for 175, 8 page, quality, glossy booklet. This is the best place! Definitely coming back every time I need to print. Thank you guys! read more

Recently, I had to make calendars for my daughters school fund raising event. After making the calendars at home, I realized it was going to take me too much ink to print it at home. I checked around for a reasonable price. Kinko's was outrageous. Finally, my wife found Alphagraphics on line and she called them. She explained this was fund raising event for kids and the cooperation was amazing. Not only she gave us an amazing discount, they actually scanned our final product in high resolution scanner, and did some touch up using Photo shop, which made the beautiful art even more amazing. We were extremely amazed, and we would recommend this business for any work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The work is beautiful, and price is very reasonable. read more

I love this place, they turn all my print outs around so quickly and professionally. happy customer

I called Alphagraphics when our end of season yearbook for Rancho Cordova Little League needed to be printed with an extremely tight deadline. James was more than helpful and jumped on assisting us. He was able to price match an online printer and deliver our product before the deadline. Awesome job and we hope to build upon this relationship for years to come. Thank you James and Alphagraphics! read more

I've used Alphagraphics in Rancho Cordova three times and couldn't be happier with the result. Quality products, great prices, and attentive staff. I highly recommend this shop for all your printing needs. They are super fast and responsive. read more

Absolutely the best print shop I have ever used and that includes some large commercial shops. Here's what you WANT TO KNOW: I walked for the first time, discussed the job with James who quickly understood what I needed. About two hours later I got an e-mail saying job was finished. When I picked up the job it was perfect. OK, so a glowing review about a great local business that is fast and efficient with good prices and very nice people to work with but here's what you NEED TO KNOW: go talk to James very early in your process. He can save time and money by helping you deliver exactly what they need to best print your job. I would have saved myself many hours and a headache if I would have followed this advice. read more

The service at Alpha Graphics is fantastic! They will gladly accommodate little jobs as well as big ones and they treat every customer as a valued partner. I highly recommend this company for all your printing needs. read more

Yesterday I needed business cards made in a 2 hour window. I called them and they were gracious to invite me over to start the job. They were so kind throughout my last minute request and got it done before 2 hours! I recommend them for your printing needs because they are truly about customer satisfaction! read more

I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone I talked to: Usha, Andrea, Roberto. They were all friendly, prompt, helpful, and professional. I had a poster and fliers printed fit a community event in Rancho Cordova. read more

Thank you for coming to my rescue! No one was willing to turn around car magnets in one day ... except Alphagraphics! Thank you for the incredible service and quick turnaround. read more

Customer service is awesome here. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and they make sure you are satisfied with the final product. They even delivered at my product at no additional cost. They will now be my go to place for all my large printing needs. Pricing here beats almost all other printing places. They are quick to respond to all questions and concerns. Great place!! 10 thumbs up! read more

Would not recommend this Alphagraphics location. Projects were consistently late. Although pricing was "guaranteed" for a year by the owner in our original contracted pricing, the owner halted orders until she could renegotiate pricing, which put my business in quite a bind while I searched for another printer. Print quality was good; however, a print business needs timely fulfillment of orders and truly guaranteed pricing. Dependability is a must for on-going business relationships. read more

Great service and prices. Feels like a shop that is willing to help out anyone. Stop in and get a quick quote and leave with your prints.

Very happy with the customer service offered here. They were very helpful getting my business cards just right. Thanks!

I have been with James for some years in my job as a professor at Sacramento State University. He is incredibly hardworking and helpful. He will really go the extra mile for you to make sure that you have what you need. And he is fast!! Super highly recommended! read more

I would not recommend alpha graphics for printing important image-related projects. I used them for prints on some artwork and when the quality was sub-par-- they were surprisingly INFLEXIBLE with attaining customer satisfaction. I was surprised and upset about their "Not our problem" attitude. I will not go back. Maybe you'll have a better experience. read more

I can't say enough good things about Alphagraphics. The staff is always willing to help and pricing is very reasonable. We use Alphagraphics for all our printing needs, posters, banners, programs, event passes and more. The quality is always great and if there is ever an issue with formatting they work with you in resolving the issue before printing. I would highly recommend Alphagraphics. read more

Like the other reviewer stated, they were very accommodating with any concerns or requests I had. I've had several booklets and a batch of posters done here and I was very satisfied with their pricing, quality of work and overall service. There's a website I use for a big order (500+ copies) because it's cheaper there for such order, but for a smaller batch order, Alphagraphics is my go-to place because their pricing is exceptionally competitive and reasonable, while the quality of their work and customer service far surpasses other printing places around the area (for such an affordable price). When I placed my first order with them, they had been open for less than a year and I even hoped they won't go out of business in the grim economy back then with all the empty buildings around the area (which still are...) and I'm so happy that this place is still in business and doing well (according to the 5 year anniversary email I received). I think what makes this business great is that the owner regularly checks in the office and makes sure things are done right. She is usually my first point of contact, maybe that's why everything goes in smooth and prompt manner. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more
