I have not had a poor experience with any of their staff however tied up they may be at that moment. In addition there's a particular young employee named Sean in that location who took pity on me since my hands is full with a large box to return . I had just come from another FedEx location in Olson Drive in Rancho Cordova which unfortunately does not take ordinary returns. Sean is busy when I arrived and the other staff present is also helping two other customers. I was pleasantly surprised when Sean stopped what he was doing ( pushing a big cart) and helped me with my returns. Sean , who just apparently started three months ago with FedEx, is very efficient and finished the transaction very fast and thorough. He even politely explained why the previous FedEx is unable to help me. It's very rare nowadays to see and experience these qualities and I believe must be mentioned and appreciated. He not only helped me patiently (when the first employee gave incorrect instructions and clocked out) he graciously took over and completed this task. He also caught 2 repeat emails which saved me money and frustration of figuring that out later. He also helped me 3 days ago on Friday when I was printing another form. He took my fuzzy document and took it upon himself to clean it up perfectly when I was happy with how it was. I watched him help other customers while I watched and is making suggestions to help them achieve better results. Stellar pride of work. I have been in business for 24 years and this young man is leadership material. Brandon needs recognition for his patience and pride of work. I have no idea who he is or where you found him but please don't let this pass by without acknowledgment. People like this take pride in their work and represent your company in a way that's unusual for their generation. He's still patiently working on my order and I can't say enough good about him. We accidentally left the USB drive, which also contained a whole set of photos for that Saturday morning event, in his computer. Mel drove in early Saturday morning from his home to open the shop and retrieve the drive for us so that we would have it in time for the event. I went back to the UPS store (Brandon was gone) and another notary, Aaron, would not redo the paperwork without charging me AGAIN for the services.
