The notary missed/skipped something on my form. I went to another county (2-hours round-trip) to file with the County Recorders Office, and I learned that Brandon (notary at UPS) missed/skipped something - the County Recorders Office would not accept my form. I went back to the UPS store (Brandon was gone) and another notary, Aaron, would not redo the paperwork without charging me AGAIN for the services. I walked out, without a corrected document or a replacement. UPS did me wrong in this matter! Don't go there!!! Two trips to UPS and an additional 2-hour round trip to the county recorders office - not worth it. read more

Hi-ya! I was on this weird streak of picking up shipments like crazy for a few weeks. During this time, I got a chance to meet the staff and owner. They are all a great bunch of folks. The customer service makes you feel remembered and valued. The time they take with quickly handling your order or getting shipments for pickup is solid. The place is always clean, sometimes busy where tons of shipments are coming or going, but always quick. We rent out a box and the value we get from the convenience of location and safety of the box there is worth darn near every penny. Overall I really like having my shipments and mail come here. They said I had the wrong packaging for the type of return I had, which seemed legit cause the bag I had my return in was clear and seemed a little sketchy but at Whole Foods they gave it to me saying I'd need it ‍ anyway, it only cost me $3 for the new one that's opaque and Preet helped me and even insisted she's re-wrap it all for me. Another easy - peasy visit to The UPS Store. First time to this location; the lighting was rather dark, and it was too quiet - I wasn't sure if they were open. Also, there wasn't any music playing. Walked up to the counter and Kayla greeted me. The transaction ran smooth. I was able to get my package ready for delivery within 5 minutes or so. She was even able to update my new information into the system. While there were no problems or issues with my visit, the location in Rancho is more lively, and the guys are friendly, plus they play good music! Club UPS in Rancho is where it's at! read more

My father and I came here just after the New years to send all the gifts we had gotten him for Christmas up to his house in ID so he did not have to check them in on the plane. The price was right, we had a $25 fee to send a really large box of clothes. Kayla provided us with friendly and above par service. This is the most disorganized UPS store I have ever been in. They cannot keep orders straight, cannot complete them on time, and can barely respond to the most simple questions. On this most recent visit, there were four employees in the store, barely any customers, and I still was unable to get any accurate assistance. I think I'll stick with FedEx from now on. read more

This UPS store is hands-down the best UPS Store I've ever been to. I've been here a handful of times, once for notary services by Tara and a couple other times for returning a couple amazon orders. Regardless of which staff members are here, they are all great. They are the most friendly people I've ever met at any business. Their services are fast and efficient. Their relationship with one another is great and even when I'm only in the store for a couple minutes each time, the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. Tara is great! I had to return something I bought off of Amazon Prime Now, which means the shipping label is printed off of the app on my phone but because my service is so bad in this area, I couldn't pull the shipping label up on my phone. Tara was nice enough to lend me a computer to use to print the label out since they didn't offer WiFi at no additional cost. The customer service here is excellent. Never would I expect such surreptitious, incorrigible, and blatant treatment from a Manager (Eric ..no last name given). His store packaged 2 very large rear corvette wheels and I was the receiver of them. They arrived completely scratched! I spent nearly a week talking with Manager Eric, who was always too busy to talk. He said he remembers the rims and tires and his employee properly wrapped them with the cardboard on the front of the rim and then in cellophane. Lie number one. I said no sir, the cardboard was on the backside of the rim and the front was only protected with cellophane for a 3 day journey in a truck. So I texted him pictures to his cellphone and video of the minute they arrived. So after days and days of nothing from Mr too busy to talk or text, he says we'll give you $200 for both rim to be repaired. That is about $100 short of what it would cost! Not only have I lost my time with all of this, now I have to pay for they're mistake as well?!? Do not ship with them! Hopefully I can save you the money, and If I an opportunity to load up their awful packaging, I will. Hopefully you avoid this store like the plague that is his bad management skills. When I arrived at this store to have copies printed there was a line. I immediately sent my copies to the store email knowing it would take a minute and that I would be waiting anyway - I come to this store all the time. When I got to the front and said I needed copies printed, the owner told the cashier to get through the rest of the line before taking any print jobs. Didn't even take the time to at least give me the email and have me send my prints while I waited bc he had no idea I already sent them. As I waited they proceeded to help the 2 customers after me, 1 with another print job that got placed behind mine and then 2 ADDITIONAL customers that walked in. So I became increasingly frustrated and I felt that my time had been waisted. I decided to speak with the owner personally about my experience and unfortunately instead of any type of apology or remorse he decided to double down on his decision and was completely arrogant, rude, and off putting. I LOVE the service I usually get from this location but the owner is a piece of work. read more

Absolutely horrible handling of my packages !! After tossing 5 of my packages behind him on the floor next to the out bin I specifically Told "Eric" the Employee (see picture attached " to please not throw the next box. He then checked in my next box and threw it ! He brushed it off as no big deal. For me it was a big deal since the box he threw was a Rx580 grafix card. The box was the rx580 grafix card box with the picture of the card on it so it was not hard to see why I was telling him to please not throw the box ! Very rough handling of packages being sent out and for this reason I will not return and wanted to share my experience. There was another younger employee working as well who did grab some of our packages and he was careful and respectful of our packages. I love this store. They are always helpful and courteous and personable. In addition to the usual copying & mailing services, I've been there twice for fingerprinting. The first time the clerk appeared to be new and unsure about how to do the fingerprints because she struggled a lot and although kind and apologetic, it took a very long time, so long that I wavered as to whether I'd use them again for fingerprinting. But proximity and convenience won out, and thankfully, Eric (the owner?) was very efficient. I was in and out in no time! read more

Hate to do this, but today was the WORST experience at this normally super friendly and helpful location. I ship packages out of here a lot, but I guess if you are using them as a drop off location they could care less about you. Trying to return a rug, and they were ZERO help about how to repackage it. I had the original plastic wrap on, but I couldn't roll the rug tight enough to make it fit. They told me it was not ok to ship. When I asked for a suggestion their response was "the packaging is on you." Another customer stopped to help me out with packaging suggestions. Needless to say I had to take the rug back with me, which I didn't want to do. They wouldn't even offer me tape! I understand the packaging is "on me", but this is WHAT YOU DO... Went to this location after they gave me a quote really quick after I requested it. I also called ahead to see if an appointment was needed (it's not) and the woman I spoke to was super friendly. I arrived later that afternoon and Eric helped me with my live scan service. He was really thorough, friendly, and patient with the machine when it was having a difficult time reading my finger prints. Definitely recommend this spot for a quick live scan! read more

My husband had been to this location a handful of times to ship various packages and liked the friendly staff that worked there. Upon walking in, the store was clean, nicely laid out, and the staff was friendly and greeted us upon walking in. Our business there only took 5 minutes and we were in and out in no time. I've been to this location several times and the guy behind the counter is just awesome. It always brings a smile to my face to see him there because he is super helpful and courteous. I agree with others, the customer service here is superb. The first time I came here few months back, I had several boxes to ship. I saw the same customer rep behind counters and asked if he can help me load the boxes onto the dolly. When he appeared from behind the counter, I saw that he used a cane to walk. I was so embarrassed but he saw the look on my face and said he does not mind helping me. It definitely left an impression on me that he was willing to help. Holy crap...$2.00 for a single black and white print job. And I had them do it on a sheet that I brought in. They kinda acted like the whole request of printing from my thumb drive and using a sheet of labels (of course you can print on a sheet of adhesive labels, it was an Avery product) was a big deal so I didn't mention anything about a discount although did not even use a sheet of their paper. What I needed printed was a shipping label (from the US Post Office) that I had created and paid for at home. I was not able to print the label at home but was not about to cancel it, request a refund and then go about taking the package in to wait on a line and have it shipped. I would have had the package shipped by UPS but the cost is often so much higher than USPS. What's up with that!? I used UPS's online printing service once before and the cost for a black and white print was $0.09 but I did expect to pay more walking in and having the print job done on demand, but 190% more? With the online printing service your job isn't available until after 2 pm the next day so...yeah...that's the downside to that. However, this location appears immaculate and well stocked. In comparison with the other UPS Stores I have been to in the area (Olson Dr and Bradshaw Rd) I have a feeling these guys would take far better care of ones shipments. I just don't understand why in 2014 I still find it difficult to get a simple print job fast and cheap. Silly me thought one could print a document without the need for full service attention at the counter. read more

I feel compelled to write this as a business owner. I went in to drop off a box with an already printed out label. I noticed that a few of the numbers weren't clearly printed, so I went over them with a pen. The lady who was at the counter scolded me for several minutes about how she had to manually enter the numbers because the barcode wasn't scanning. I've never been so rudely treated by any representative, ever!! No matter what I said without getting upset, I apologized, it will never happen again and 3X I said ok, I been surely scolded. She didn't let up! She had 4 people waiting in line behind me, which I mentioned. As a matter of fact she was telling a customer who was ahead of me, how an employee got in an accident, couldn't work, its busy etc etc, with a long line adding time to the service. This woman doesn't have a clue about customer service or manners. She'd be fired from my employment, she's bad for business. read more

Compare prices folks! Just shipped a package (12x12) less than 3 lbs) cost me over $15. Ground shipping both zip codes in CA + $3 for a box because they told me shipping with brown paper is not a good idea. Just checked at the post office it would have been 4.95. What a rip off . I went to this place a few months ago, it was very busy. the man working (owner) became harried and rude. You would think getting busy would be a normal occurrence. Won't go back! read more

I frequently utilize this neighborhood location for UPS drop-offs. I find the staff very friendly and helpful but completely insensitive to busy customers on afternoon or morning time-hacks and in a hurry. There might be three employees in the location and a line of 4 or 5 deep and two are busy doing something that can wait or just talking amongst themselves. Dear Owner, please train your people to be more sensitive to the CUSTOMERS! Most of us are working professionals and time is money people. I NEVER do reviews (unless there is a perk ;)), but I couldn't not leave a review. I came in last Saturday after having an AWFUL experience at the UPS store in East Sac. When I went to the counter with my toddler, I was in tears out of stress and exhaustion describing my experience, and asked if they could help. I had already paid $70 for shipping and professional packing with the UPS store, through a 3rd party. It was a big package to ship (33x33x22 inch foam plus two other oddly shaped foam pieces). Most UPS stores don't carry a 36x36x36 box which would be needed, and it was the same with this store. But these ladies were determined to help me in find a way to ship these. They figured out the 33x33x22 (4 pieces total), however had a dilemma was with the odd shaped pieces and I would have to wait for the third party to provide another label. When I left defeated, they helped me load the additional pieces up in my car. While driving back home, I had the idea to vacuum seal the foam pieces and the odd pieces to fit in one of the boxes. I called and asked if that would work and if I came back before they closed to do it. They said they would help me see if we could get it to all fit in the box. I came back, they help me pack the foam in the bags, and when my car vacuum failed to get it small enough, one of the wonderful woman helping me, helped me by trying theirs. In the end, it all fit. The three women that were here that day have made my entire year! They were so compassionate, helpful, and persistent in wanting to help me! I cannot thank them enough!!!! I live about 25 minutes from this store but I would gladly go out of my way to go to this store for their assistance and help. Thank y'all for ALL of your help and patience! To note, not only were they so helpful with me, but also everyone that came in, the entire hour I was there in total (not their fault it took that long haha it was mine!). They treated every customer that came in with the same compassion and helpfulness as they did me. Thank you ladies 10 times over again!
