And this may seem like a nit, but it's annoying that employees take the end parking spots (on the left side facing the store) that customers of a certain age like myself need to use so we don't have to walk halfway across the parking lot because the smoke shop always has all of the other store front walkway parking spots taken all day long. They provide that small-town feel where you're greeted with a smile and treated like more than just a customer. I also have to mention how convenient the UPS scan stand and bag system is! It makes Amazon returns incredibly easy with the self-service scan-and-drop option, especially when you're in a hurry and want to avoid waiting in line.
