Peyton greeted me when I came in and let me know how important it was for me to keep my receipt for my AT&T return. Because they (UPS) aid with many wifi returns she knew the ins and outs! I was so thankful because I have previously returned my wifi router to a different UPS (in another city) and the staff never told me anything regarding the return! I came in again today for my Amazon returns and Peyton was here and again greeted me with a big smile! She is a GEM and you can feel that she loves working here! She's a sweetheart and I want to acknowledge how much she cares and what a wonderful person she is! This location is not the closest one for me, but now I'm saving it as my home store because the customer service is fantastic! 5 stars for Peyton!

I told them I had an Amazon package to return. They directed me to the 2 self-serve kiosks. There were 3 people in line ahead of me, and both machines were occupied by women shipping multiple packages. They each had a stack of packages to process. I turned to the 3 employees, and realized they couldn't care less about us. I left, and went to the store at 25005 Blue Ravine. I walked in, and since the self-service kiosk was free, I went for it. The clerk behind the counter said, 'I can help you here.' I told her I thought the self-serve was mandatory, and she said, 'No, that's just when we're busy. It's for customer convenience in case we're busy.' That's providing common-sense customer service, and that's when I need services. I recently went there for office shredding, and am booking a print-job with them, too.
