UPS is lucky to have Bri she acknowledged every person who walked in the door with paper(s) and asked if they need a notary. She is kind and fast. Even when customers come in with an attitude!! They made an appointment unbeknownst to him/her for a different UPS store in town and the irate person wouldn't accept the fact that this location doesn't accept appointments for notary. I was listening (laughing and shaking my head in disbelief how rude they are) to these customers griping about the service and Bri kindly said yet AGAIN, that "they do not accept appointments, and if you just wait your turn, it won't take long because I am fast. It will take longer to drive across town to the other UPS store". Bri was stellar!! and the customers did stay in line!! read more

I had an Amazon return completed at this location and Amazon noted online that I had done the return correctly. However, weeks later Amazon stated that they did not get my product back to the warehouse. I worked with Patricia and within three minutes, she proved that I did the return at this location and had proof that it got back to the main Amazon warehouse for processing and gave me the Amazon phone number. This location is very close to me so I always go here, not only because of the distance but because of the team there as well. It's also usually pretty empty so I never had to wait long to get help.
