I told them I had an Amazon package to return. They directed me to the 2 self-serve kiosks. There were 3 people in line ahead of me, and both machines were occupied by women shipping multiple packages. They each had a stack of packages to process. I turned to the 3 employees, and realized they couldn't care less about us. I left, and went to the store at 25005 Blue Ravine. I walked in, and since the self-service kiosk was free, I went for it. The clerk behind the counter said, 'I can help you here.' I told her I thought the self-serve was mandatory, and she said, 'No, that's just when we're busy. It's for customer convenience in case we're busy.' That's providing common-sense customer service, and that's when I need services. I recently went there for office shredding, and am booking a print-job with them, too.

I came here because I signed up for mailbox service. I walked in and Kia asked what I needed. I…read moresaid I'm here to pick up my mail and I gave her my name. She said you don't have a box here and you haven't been approved. I said ok what do I need to do, and she said she doesn't handle it. She then told me to sit down and she called me rude when I asked why they sent me an email that said congrats you have an address. When I grabbed my ID she said she wouldn't accept it and then she kept calling me rude when I wanted my mail. She told me she's not releasing any mail to me. I think she called me rude because I asked questions she didn't know and then continued to become angry. I walked out and another customer walked in. I heard her cry to her manager that I was so rude to her and she continued to say things that were not true. The customer then approached me and started verbally abusing me saying she knows what kind of woman I am. I told her to get away from me horse pants. So yes I was rude to her. She didn't even witness everything so Kia likes to spin a tale - be careful of her!
