Sounds a bit uncivil and defensive to me. So your solution to a conflict is to suggest I take my business elsewhere when I was raising some honest and real concerns regarding your business practices. Real professional approach Desi. And to further add insult to injury you proceed to insult me by saying I don't know what I'm talking about. I was told directly by your staff that I cannot pay for my box online. Maybe you need to train them to relay that theres an option to pay for mail boxes online. According to you I suppose only your "good" customers are privy to this information. It's going to be your loss as your business will surely fail with an attitude like yours. Give it time, mark my words. And incidentally, no I'm not inconvenienced by anyone wearing a mask, that's just ludicrous. If you actually put effort into reading my comment and not being defensive you would see I was referring to his void of personality and lack of customer service. They'll ship your stuff, but if you have a business account with one of the shipping companies, be prepared for them to be miffed that they won't be using their surcharge on you. They still made $25 on a couple boxes and packing peanuts. Also, I noticed one of the pieces of scrap paper they had out had someone's full name, American Airlines ticket number, and last four digits of their credit card number printed on the back. So I spent 50.00 to send a traveling musician in Ireland a 20.00 Tee shirt at the end of October kept messaging him through social media " did you get the shirt he kep saying not yet.I then at the beginnin and explained to them that he hadn't received the package and the person on the other end said let get back to you on this matter and I let a week go by and no word from anyone. I call back the following week and someone tells me that it is somewhere in customs and that I needed to have the recipient go to customs and find out why it didn't get delivered. so he calls his wife and she goes down there to find out it is no longer there and she is told to contact the sender, three weeks later the package arrives at my house with no explanation. I call back Pakmail and explain that the package was no longer there, I said well I think I deserve a refund and she told me that since it was over 25.00$ that the owner would have to contact me and that he was out of town and would contact me when he returned well 4 days later he own calls me and said these things happen and If I wanted to talk about it come on by and so I did and this man had no intention on refunding me any money and basically said to bad so sad,I will it not let anyone jus rip me off for any amount of money I will spread the word like wildfire about this mans business and how he does business. read more

I wanted to shop heirloom china and silver from California to Indiana and contacted this office for help. Monica was great! She and Candace kept me posted on the packing and provided photos of all the items that I wanted shipped (they had been packed by my mother and I didn't want to unpack them first in case I broke something while transporting everything to the store). They kept me apprised of the progress of the packing, which took several days. I could tell that they understood the importance of these items to me and felt that I could NOT have been in better hands. Ok, I like locally owned businesses and this was one of them. They use to be in the shopping center across the street but moved into the Safeway Center a few years ago. I didn't do a lot of business here and they certainly didn't get rich off of my business but I appreciated that they helped me package, copy, and post things. I just had a really bad experience at their new location about a year ago. I was at the counter paying for some copies I had made and the man standing in line behind me made a derogatory comment about me taking so long. The guy at the counter (not the owner) sympathized with the loud mouth which made me feel REALLY uncomfortable. I'm no shrinking violet and asked the loud mouth if he wanted to step outside and "discuss" his problem further. LOL. Bullies typically back down when confronted by outspoken women, children and small animals and this Bozo was no exception. Not the response he was expecting. Glad I carry pepper spray. read more

This place is awesome! I know those are extreme words for a mailing business, but it's true. They are the most helpful, kind, honest people. They have done a GREAT job hiring their employees, which shows in the service you will receive here. They are quick and happy to do the extra little things to make sure your packages are correctly sealed, addressed and delivered in the quickest/cheapest manner. I've never had to spend more than 5 minutes in the store because they are so efficient-that is a sign of a successful store! I don't particularly enjoy spending money on postage, but I actually feel good about it when I leave Pakmail just because of their service. Pretty cool read more

Can't go wrong with Pakmail. Living on the wrong side of the freeway, it is closer to go to Pakmail than the post office. Also, less crowded and friendlier. They ship with everyone, including the US mail, so they can quote you the best price. They also offer copy and print services. I've e-mailed color documents to them and they've printed them. They always help me out if I bring in a box that needs some extra padding or to be taped up and they help me get the best shipping price. I mailed a letter to a box holder there who then told me my letter would be returned as they no longer have the box. When I called to find out what their policy was regarding mail to closed boxes I was told I would need a subpoena to get any information. I understand not giving me info about a specific entity but I don't get why they cannot tell me what they do with mail sent to a closed box. Do they throw them away? Send to the USPS? It's been over a week and still no returned letter. Do they still have it? Who knows? Not happy. read more

Monica is a little busy sometimes, but she sure gets the job done! When I needed two wooden 4-poster beds shipped from California to Chicago, she was just terrific. She packed them herself in such a way that they suffered no damage at all in that long trip, and she picked a really nice shipper who kept in contact, showed up on time, and helped me haul them up 3 1/2 flights of stairs, even though I had not paid for that service. Let me start by saying that Monica is AMAZING. She is one of the most friendliest people I know and always goes above and beyond to help me out. I just adore her. That being said, it is very difficult to go in here when she is not working. The older guy (frank?) that works there has the absolute worst demeanor and service. And it wasn't just this incident but every time I have to work with him. Apparently he totally hates me! LOL! So today, I brought in a box ready to go, and this was not a big box mind you and he tells the price to ship east. I said, "why is it so expensive? Could it be the box or weight?" His response: "I don't make the prices". I mean, who responds like that? Well, I moved the items to a flat rate box and it was half the price!! Wow. I had more items to ship but decided I didn't want to stay any longer, so I left. I guess I will have to walk by and make sure Monica is working first before I subject myself to someone so unaccommodating or just drive into EDH to get friendlier help. Kind, caring, professional, fun, and most of all, truly concerned with customer satisfaction. Monica and Frank have been a Godsend for me and my family during a rough time. Having to ship large and small amounts of personal effects and estate items across country, the PakMail team on two occasions provided well priced high quality service. Not a single item shipped was so much as scratched and there were some extremely breakable, fragile items shipped. Frank helped me bring items into the store from the parking lot where we inventoried them and he explained how the items would be packaged for shipment. Frank expertly addressed my concerns for weatherproofing and security of items on one shipment which would be palletized. Monica kept me in the loop at all times with accurate estimates for overall cost and carrier options, (yes, I had OPTIONS :-) ). PakMail was COMPLETELY FLEXIBLE to my family's needs on a tight time schedule and I was completely at ease leaving my effects with them pending load out for shipment.
