My return though required an employee to accept it, then she says "we don't accept YOUR kind." Now I was thrown off by that comment as I thought it was very rude and disrespectful for a UPS employee to say! I don't know who the Asian female was, but she needs to find another job where she has to point out and say to a civilian "we don't accept YOUR kind." That is very disrespectful and UPS could have a discrimination problem by customers if they're kept around. She definitely has no care for customer service and I would fire her! Oh for anyone who's wondering where the store is, it's not longer next to Mountain Mike's as you have to go around shopping center where the Donut shop is kind of facing across from a Subway in same shopping center.

I have not had a poor experience with any of their staff however tied up they may be at that moment. In addition there's a particular young employee named Sean in that location who took pity on me since my hands is full with a large box to return . I had just come from another FedEx location in Olson Drive in Rancho Cordova which unfortunately does not take ordinary returns. Sean is busy when I arrived and the other staff present is also helping two other customers. I was pleasantly surprised when Sean stopped what he was doing ( pushing a big cart) and helped me with my returns. Sean , who just apparently started three months ago with FedEx, is very efficient and finished the transaction very fast and thorough. He even politely explained why the previous FedEx is unable to help me. It's very rare nowadays to see and experience these qualities and I believe must be mentioned and appreciated. Thank you Sean and to the FedEx staff thank you as well.

Informative since I had to ship several boxes to a relative and the items were fragile and odd sized. The initial estimates were just ball parks since you really need the items to be measured and weighed. My recommendation is not to get the insurance unless you have evidence of the items value; e.g. receipts or valuations. I'm still in the process so I may revise my review. Second visit was met with Jimmy. Pleasant, professional and helpful as well. I'll try the "pro packing" service since I'll have fine china to ship as well. Pricing seems fair and the value for the services also seems fair. Thanks!

Arden responded so quickly to my request and pricing was provided as quick as I was able to provide the artwork. There were several elements to our signage and we're a high end furniture company so looks are extremely important. They came out within a couple of days to get started. We had some issues matching the building paint and even though this wasn't part of the scope, they handled it. They went and bought the paint and painted the building and then added the building signage. They also did some window decals and a monument type street sign. I highly recommend them. I ordered stickers on Etsy to put on water bottles for a bachelorette party, but they didn't arrive…read morein time. Called this place asking if they could do a same-day print and he said yes. He originally quoted me $130(!) for 20 3" waterproof stickers, but then brought it down to $70 once I said I'd cut them out myself (still $3.50 per 3" sticker...). For comparison, Etsy charged $30. I arrived to his store at 3pm that day and he was asleep in his chair... He woke up after I said hi a few times, gave me the stickers and I paid the $70 without looking too carefully at them. Then when I walked outside it was immediately apparent how low the quality was -- super grainy with print lines all over it (as you can see in the attached). I went back inside to point that out and ask if he could do a quick reprint. He said no, asked for my card, and gave me a refund without a discussion. I told him I still needed the stickers for tomorrow, so would prefer the low quality ones over nothing and asked if he could do a discount. He said no, price was $70. I said okay, you can charge me the $70 then, but I'm surprised this is how you handle customer feedback. He raised his voice at me, told me he didn't see any problem with the print, and said if there is it's my file's fault (isn't it the job of a printer to tell you if you need to send in a bigger file size??). I again told him I couldn't believe this is how he was handling customer feedback, and insisted he charge my card so I could take this low-quality print home. Instead he angrily grabbed them out of the trash, threw them on the counter, and told me to go. I have NEVER seen such unprofessional behavior before in my life. Incredibly rude, condescending for his overpriced and substandard quality products. Stay away from this mess of a business at all costs.

When I first reached out for a quote, Mustafa responded the very same day with professionalism and warmth. Once my design was ready, I stopped by the shop, and he immediately began reformatting my files right in front of me, making sure every detail was perfect for print. That level of care and attention is rare! It showed how much pride he takes in his work and how much he values his clients. As a designer I am highly focused on quality and value and the turnaround time was incredibly fast -- about two and a half to three days -- and the quality was outstanding. We chose a magazine-style paper for the obituaries, and they came out absolutely beautiful. There was a small hiccup with the printer on the first batch, but what impressed me most was how Mustafa handled it. Without hesitation, he took full ownership, explained the issue, and reprinted everything perfectly by the very next day. That kind of integrity and commitment to excellence is what truly sets this business apart! When we handed out the obituaries at the funeral, everyone loved them! It meant the world to me and my family to have something so beautifully made to honor my grandmother's memory. Sunlight Graphics is hands down the best print shop in Sacramento. The quality, professionalism, and personal care they provide are unmatched. From now on, this is the only place I'll be using for all my client and printing needs.
