I left and called from the road. A man answered and said they had been open since 8:30 and that I should have knocked (I did). I asked to talk to a manager (yes, I Karened), and a lady got on the phone and claimed that they had been open since 8:30. I told her I just left there and she insisted they had been open. After repeatedly telling her that the doors were locked, she then claimed that they had been "testing the locks". Weird. I don't know why they were hiding in the back with the lights out and doors locked, but they should conduct their personal business during non-open hours or at least put a sign up.

It was my first time handling a project like this with a print shop, but they were patient, communicative, and ready to help with any issues/requests. I visited several times throughout the process (from initial meeting, to talking about design and apparel style changes), and they gladly assisted. Multiple times, they ordered samples of apparel styles we were considering and let us borrow them to have our club members test the fit/style. This helped a lot with narrowing down our options. I had our design on Adobe Illustrator files, and was able to work with them at the shop to refine the sizing/placement of the design elements. There are pricing breaks with quantity, and possible %10 discount. Overall a pleasant experience.

I came here for reprinting business cards. The Print Center was close and despite them being more…read moreexpensive, I figured that we would support a local business. Unfortunately, the finished product was not as expected and candidly not even usable as the print size on the card was drastically smaller than our original card and not readable to many, especially our more senior clients. After paying $75 for design services and an additional $205 for 2500 business cards, I expected to at least have a product that I could use. When my dissatisfaction was brought to the attention of the Print Center, I was told by management that the size of the print was necessitated by the information on the card and that adequate size of print was purely an opinion. I find this excuse really was just an excuse because the information on my original card was no greater than the new card. Other printers that I have now consulted suggested that I give the Print Center the opportunity to make this print job right. Unfortunately management merely offered me 15% off of my next order. I feel strongly that more could have been done to address an inferior product in which staff could have done better to both manage expectations and deliver a better product. As such, I urge others to find a different option for printing services.
