Do not ship here owner of store is an older women very rude and wasn't helpful and RACIST! I sent a package there for my business flew in town from Los Angeles. I PAID for it to held at her access point she signed for it when we came in to pick it up she refused to give us the package and LIED and said it was sent back to sender. WE DROVE 30 min all the way to the ups customer center and was told by ups her business was liable if they did not release the package. we came back with evidence it was delivered and pointed out that she has helpful to everyone but us ! She was obviously being discriminatory and racist to everyone she was not helpful at all refused to help. MAGICALLY THE PACKAGED REAPPEARED! This women is a racist and a liar!

Today was the second day within a week that I tried to return an Amazon order but ran into issues…read moreat the store. They have a self-service station that is easy to use however, both times that I went the label maker/receipt mechanism ran out of paper. Both times it caused my label to rip nor was the label readable, and there was no way I could've placed it on my Amazon return. Nor would it print out a receipt for me, as proof that I actually dropped the package off since the machine was out of paper. Today I got in line, just like I did last week, so that I could ask to have the paper refilled. The young lady with dark hair who helped me, was extremely rude and short with me. I told her what happened to the machine and she packaged my return and created another label to place on my package. I told her I needed a receipt as proof it was actually sent to Amazon. She told me she couldn't print it since I started it on the self-service machine. I insisted on a receipt since, once in the past, Amazon insisted they didn't receive a package and I wasn't given a refund for my return. The young lady continued to tell me that she couldn't finish what I started at the self service machine. Oddly enough, she re-printed a label so that it could be packaged on my return so I wasn't understanding why she couldn't print a receipt as proof that I dropped it off at their location. I insisted that if she was able to take my package and create a label, that she should be able to give me a receipt for that. After some back-and-forth and her being extremely short with me, miraculously, she was able to give me the receipt that I politely asked for. I remained calm and my demeanor wasn't sarcastic, nor did I raise my voice. I've worked in Customer Service for years and there are nasty and rude people that are extremely difficult to deal with or even speak to. I did nothing but keep my tone low and insist that I get something that she could've easily created and ultimately did. I'm trying to be empathetic because she's obviously in an entry-level role and probably deals with all walks of life, but I wasn't the cause of her poor attitude today.

I recently worked with Sunlight Graphics for one of the most important print projects of my life --…read moremy grandmother's funeral programs -- and I have to say, Mustafa and his team truly went above and beyond from start to finish. When I first reached out for a quote, Mustafa responded the very same day with professionalism and warmth. Once my design was ready, I stopped by the shop, and he immediately began reformatting my files right in front of me, making sure every detail was perfect for print. That level of care and attention is rare! It showed how much pride he takes in his work and how much he values his clients. As a designer I am highly focused on quality and value and the turnaround time was incredibly fast -- about two and a half to three days -- and the quality was outstanding. We chose a magazine-style paper for the obituaries, and they came out absolutely beautiful. There was a small hiccup with the printer on the first batch, but what impressed me most was how Mustafa handled it. Without hesitation, he took full ownership, explained the issue, and reprinted everything perfectly by the very next day. That kind of integrity and commitment to excellence is what truly sets this business apart! When we handed out the obituaries at the funeral, everyone loved them! It meant the world to me and my family to have something so beautifully made to honor my grandmother's memory. Sunlight Graphics is hands down the best print shop in Sacramento. The quality, professionalism, and personal care they provide are unmatched. From now on, this is the only place I'll be using for all my client and printing needs. Thank you, Mustafa, for your kindness, your quick turnaround, and for treating this project like it mattered to you personally. You truly made a difference!

We got several items printed on our own clothing we brought it. 3 Items were printed crooked or the…read morelogo slightly "scrunched". The rest was printed well. The customer service was absolutely top notch! Mustafa will work to make sure you're happy with your experience there. He offered to fix one of the misprinted items but ended up compensating us. Overall we are extremely impressed with Mustafa's customer service! You haven't had this kind of attentiveness from someone who truly cares about what they're doing since pre-Biden.
