While I know some small businesses want to pass on the cost to customers that cost has typically never been more than .80 cents. When I tried to tell her she said I'm being argumentative which I assure you I was not. I also attempted to see if she would accept other forms of payment since I typically don't carry cash, so I can avoid paying the fee. She didn't let me finish my sentence, and instead quickly turned from an already unfriendly person to a rude woman accusing me of being argumentative because I questioned why the fee they charge ME is higher than what they pay. And AAA is always there to the rescue, it may not be as fast as you want it to be but they do their best to get to you within 2-4hrs or soon depending how many personnel they have. The fastest my parents was helped was 45min upon tow truck arrival. Keep in mind, it is a though world out there in regards to manning, so you can't honestly deduct an automatically 1 star for the sake of convenience because in the end result, you've been provided the best quality service out their nation wide. Look at all the businesses out there, everyone is short staff. If you want faster service in regards to road side assistance, I encourage you to apply and be a part of the solution for other customers and not be a part of a Karen/Kenny who likes to complain for one small thing.
