This is a terrible UPS location. They always try to upsell you make you believe you have to purchase a box and packaging to return a free Amazon return. It says just drop off with no packaging on the return, but I've seen them charge many people for a bag or a box trying to nickel their customers. Save yourself a headache and drive to North Yuba City. read more

Came in for an Amazon return and east indian lady with short hair helped me, but when she walked towards me there was no greeting or eye contact whatsoever. She was on her phone the whole time and looks like she was just playing a game on her phone. Why have the lady work when she doesn't even acknowledge a customer at all, seems like she got more important things to do. read more

They are so unprofessional, in my opinion. So, one person who worked at the front was constantly on her phone. This same employee also seemed to have an attitude. Their hours for Live scan services contradict their verbally given, and reported, store hours! It would be nice to KNOW that prior to visiting this situation. Also, the employee's conversations amongst themselves are NOT PRIVATE and can be heard by whomever is in the store! We do not want to hear your conversations! They, then, have my mother back the wrong license! Pay the heck attention instead of having personal side conversations ON THE JOB! read more

Let me start by saying that I do a lot of shipping but on this particular day, I went in only for an Amazon return. I was told that, per Amazon's policy, I had to either purchase a bag from UPS or ship the item in the original box it had shipped to me in. I had brought this item in the same box it was in when it was dropped off on my porch so I shouldn't have needed a bag per "Amazon's policy". The girl there said that the box had no shipping label on it and no residue of a shipping label so it wasn't the box it came in, essentially calling me a liar to my face. I always shred labels with my name and address on it and not every Amazon label leaves residue. To make matters worse, I called Amazon and Amazon told me there is no such policy that requires a specific box or bag. My instructions from Amazon also make no mention of such policy. The Amazon representative suspects this store is lying to customers so they can nickel and dime you at the register and sell you stuff you don't need. The Amazon representative opened up a ticket to investigate this store for their false claims of Amazon policies that don't exist. Please don't bring your shipping here. I won't. read more

So I had to go to an U.PS. store in Yuba City today! This U.P.S. was so easy to find, in alittle mall! ALL THESE Ladies were the boom! Sure the place was busy, BUT EACH ONE OF THEM GAVE YOU THEIR COMPLETE ATTENTION, and helped you until you left the store! Ppl must be patient when they need help! I accidentally made an order to Amazon by sending my whole cart. Had to return all items. Long story. But I was recommended to use this UPS store. A young lady started helping me and then Hardeep finished. The two ladies were beyond wonderful. I had to get one shipping label and then use QR codes. They quickly and politely handled everything. Last week on Nov 29th 2022 I went into the Stabler Lane UPS store. I needed to mail some very important medical documents for my eight-year-old daughter to a healthcare office so she can get treatment started ASAP. It was 42 pages and to me I thought it was important enough to lay $25 for a two day tracking. And of course, a week later, it still hadn't arrived and according to the UPS store in Stabler, it's lost, and I have to wait for their manager who is taking lunch to call me back in about two hours. I called the store on Lincoln and got this amazingly kind, helpful young lady, by the name of Jacklynn who had no problem opening up a claim and trying to help. Super grateful for her for stepping up even when it wasn't even her store that screwed up. Next time I'll drive that extra mile or two to go to the other store versus Stabler because I hear that they're having a lot of mistakes over there. Thank you, Jacklynn! read more

I arrived at 6:00pm exactly when they closed and their door was locked. Their were two employees inside just watching me stand at their door while they did nothing. Never even acknowledge my existence, even though we made eye contact. Not even worth one star. read more

This place is so lazy. 3 times now they have left a note on our door saying that we missed the package when they didn't knock or ring the doorbell. I have dogs that bark when someone is at the door so I know for a fact they didn't attempt to deliver our package. It's just lazy and disrespectful. read more

UPS is T-R-A-S-H. I sent out a package of my prom dress I was selling 10 mins before closing on a Friday only to find out I was getting scammed. The employee told me that it wouldn't ship out until Monday. I call UPS on Monday at 9AM and spoke to an employee and have explained to her how I have been scammed and I spent $124 to ship out that package, I no longer want to ship it so please don't ship it out because I want a refund of my money and package back. I then give her my tracking number and she says my package is still there and has not left yet and if I can come before 3 or 4 that would because that time is when the trucks will come and my package will be shipped off. I did ask her if she could set my package aside but she said "there are too many packages I found your tracking number on the computer and it is here and hasn't checked out to left yet but when you come in you can point it out if you recognize your package" BASICALLY SHE WAS LAZY. I then thanked her and told her I will be there before 3 or 4. This was at 9 AM. I arrive at 1PM to UPS, when I arrive these other employees have told me that my package was shipped at 12PM this afternoon and the employee who I spoke with on the phone at 9AM left. The employees told me they heard me on the phone earlier with the employee who left. They said they did hear her tell me be there before 3 or 4 and they said they told her to tell me to be there by 12 and which I explained to the employees in there that I was never told to be there by 12 because if I was told I would of left at then and there at 9AM when I called if I would of known my package would leave by 12, but NO I was not told. So I tell them it is not my fault that your employees gave me false information. And if she did her job to put my package aside and not be a lazy ass I would have it but there were "too many packages" like seriously THIS IS YOUR JOB. The employees then tell me that I can speak to their manager who is not in today, but they will call her and give her my name and number so her manager can speak with me. I thought this manager would understand me and my situation and what her employees did wrong and hopefully give me a refund on my package. I then receive a phone call from the manager as I am on my way home. I then explain my situation to her how I called at 9AM to tell her employee I want to stop my package from shipping and her employee told me to be there before 3 or 4. I arrive there at 1 and they tell me it left at 12. Again, if I would of known it left at 12, I would of picked it up when I called AT 9AM. The manager tells me sorry but once a package is shipped then you can't get your refund. This lady did not hear anything I just said NOR did she see what her employee did wrong!! I then explain to her again, it is not my fault I was told incorrect information. She then started saying "No your package left at 7am I was there this morning and the trucks were there" and I tell her just because there were trucks there this morning does not mean mine left at 7am. I was just at the UPS and they told me it checked out and left by 12. How is she going to tell me it left at 7am because she saw a UPS truck there. I was so over it at this point. The manager was USELESS and SENSELESS. It is frustrating and aggravating when companies don't see there wrongs. UPS just didn't want to give me my money back even when they knew they were in the wrong. I then gave up because this lady wasn't understanding so I told her can I just have my package back, don't refund me then. She then says I have to pay $20 JUST TO GET IT BACK. Again, why am I paying for what your employees did wrong. I already spent $124 now I have to pay $20 extra to GET IT BACK when they were at fault. read more

Rude. Only reason they get 2 stars is it was fast. Of course my packages were prelabled and there was only one other customer in the store so it should have been. While scanning my packages the phone rang and Taylor answered, apparently someone was asking for directions. Taylor put them on hold and handed off to another employee stating "I'm not from here, I don't even like this town". I told her it was a bold statement to make in front of people from this town. She just shrugged and said "I'm not from here". You should watch what you say in front of customers. read more

I received terrible service at this UPS location each time I've gone in. I went in for a Live Scan twice.. the first time they entered the wrong classification so I had to go back for the right one, but that time they entered in an incorrect address. They charged me for both even though I couldn't use either one. I finally went to a different location in Davis and got it done correctly in way less time. Don't go to this place for live scanning. The operator made a data entry error resulting in delay in application. When we called here the guy on the phone was rude and offered no apologies. I paid another $74 and did it from the YCPD. The lady at the sheriffs was very nice and told us that they had made a mistake they would redo it at no charge. I was very disappointed, not for the mistake but having to pay another 74 bucks. I wouldn't step in this UPS again. read more

I've never used this UPS Store location until I found out something today. I've been buying cardboard boxes at the Stabler UPS, reluctantly because of the high prices. This location is a little less convenient for where I live but the box prices are less then half of what I was paying. Fair pricing, good selection is worth a little farther drive. read more

When he realized I had two different addresses on the same package and I had left the store - he researched and found my phone number. He called me and very politely fixed everything.
