Visited July 25 2026 in Yuba City. See my receipt…read more First and last time here! They do Amazon returns and a UPS station inside. I had time sensitive documents that needed to be copied and fax so I went here. Nothing like the awesome Grass Valley location! 58 bucks to copy and fax. Another 19 bucks for a fax I didn't get a confirmation on! The 2 ladies pretty much ignored me when I questioned the charges and verification that they were sent. Not only that the copier made very faded copies ! It took over 18 minutes to fax one of the documents ( 9 pages ). That's crazy! Terrible experience with unhelpful employees. I left pretty disgusted. I am taking my papers to Oroville or Grass Valley where they have good equipment and don't charge you a hefty fee! Btw..parking lot is extremely tight.
