I'm surprised to see that it ranks so low but I've never had any bad experiences here. Even today, while going in to return an item to be shipped back out, the staff was patient and helpful. I would definitely continue to come and do a business here. Thank you for making things easy for me to ship out, return or even with answering questions. I have never had a bad experience here yet.

Today we went and saw a short chubby girl outside getting packages and kindly asked her to take our prepaid labeled packages which we always are told yes, but she was rude and said no as she shut the doors on us. Friday afternoon it was delivered. I received a text Sunday stating my second package would be delivered Monday. I waited in my living room until 2:00 pm when I decided to go out to the mailbox and check my mail. There was a doortag attached to my gate saying they missed me. I was in my living room the entire day except when I went to the bathroom. No honk and no one came to my door. Now I have to wait again all day tomorrow until they hopefully show up and actually try to deliver my package to me. My shipper does not allow for it to be picked up at the facility. After wasting two entire days waiting, I will request my shipper use someone else from now on. And there's no one to assist you...all computerized.
