I went in a while back because I needed vacuum bags for my Miele. I had never been in before, so I…read morehad no idea if they would have them. Immediately, HEAVY cigarette smoke hit me . IT was really thick. Maybe open a window or door for the smoke to go out. On to the good things ; the man behind the counter was very friendly. When I asked about the bags, he said they don't carry them, but he could order them for me. I declined because I was going to Roseville in a day or two and figured I would get some there. I also didn't know how long it would take to get them. There were A LOT of refurbished vaccums, so if you need a good vacuum for a reasonable price, go to Shadd. Our church uses them for vaccums, and all of the ones I've used work great! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the cigarette smoke. The man behind the counter was so nice I wished I needed something else from their store!

Business hours on yelp and store hours do not match. Parking is terrible. Customer service is okay…read moreat best. Not listed as a mailing company, shipping, fedex, ups, etc online. NO CLEAR SIGN so now that there is a shipping problem and the store name isn't listed as a mail place or clearly marked on satellite images (because their unclear sign is maybe a 8inches tall and covered by a much larger sign reading "Fedex") I was forced to come down to the store and guess there hours. I come all the way down here and their posted hours must be wrong because there's no one here! ...I am forced to wait 25 minutes for something that is their fault to begin with. (My shipping/tracking number says it's invalid. I could have done this over the phone if this company wasn't run by people who lack the basics of running a business...ie business hours) never going back. I didn't spend $30 on a service for these kind of problems
