I went in to ship a return - a kitchen ceiling fan that I had to send back to Way-fair. I was worried because the box was torn by my contractor when he opened it. So the box needed taped up or put inside a bigger box. I arrived at 5:20pm. They close at 5:30pm. I pulled up, grabbed my box and the return shipping label. When I walked in I was greeted by an older lady and a younger gentleman. They were so nice! They found a bigger box for me, measured it, and then they had me purchase it, (was very cheap in cost) yay! They advised me they will take care of everything else. They taped up the torn box, then took my shipping label and said don't worry we will get it shipped off for me! I was so thankful for their fantastic service! So eager to help me! I will come here for my future shipping needs. Thank you both for the excellent customer service! It was 10 minutes to closing when I got there, but they gave me great service without rushing me. We came at 9:15 to drop off a package and there was a sign on the door that said closed for a break..... they opened at 9, how tf do u need a break at 9:15 I sat in my car for 20 minutes and they still haven't opened.... I come often here to drop off packages for my business, staff is usually not friendly there's only a guy and a girl that interact with us when dropping off our packages. Today we went and saw a short chubby girl outside getting packages and kindly asked her to take our prepaid labeled packages which we always are told yes, but she was rude and said no as she shut the doors on us. Very disappointed and not business friendly at all. We are considering going to ups now for our packages. read more

I ordered two packages which required signatures. I got an email Wednesday telling me my first package would be delivered Thursday. I waited all day...no delivery, no nothing. Friday afternoon it was delivered. I received a text Sunday stating my second package would be delivered Monday. I waited in my living room until 2:00 pm when I decided to go out to the mailbox and check my mail. There was a doortag attached to my gate saying they missed me. I was in my living room the entire day except when I went to the bathroom. No honk and no one came to my door. Now I have to wait again all day tomorrow until they hopefully show up and actually try to deliver my package to me. My shipper does not allow for it to be picked up at the facility. After wasting two entire days waiting, I will request my shipper use someone else from now on. And there's no one to assist you...all computerized. read more

Wow, in n out in 10 seconds! Two ladies working at the front counter know their stuff. I brought in a box that needed my freshly printed label attached. I brought my own tape because USPS will charge you for tape, they will not use their own shipping tape. The short greyed hair lady said she will affix the shipping label for me and proceeded to tape it using their own shipping tape. I'm not used to this, fast n free taping?! First time here, now I see where $ goes toward quality. Thanks a bunch! read more

I've been here many times and the staff is very helpful. There's a woman named Sandy who is one of the sweetest woman ever works there. She helps me every time find the right boxes, prices and answers all my questions. She's literally the reason I rather come here oppose to UPS or FEDEX. People like her make life easier. X Fedex ! Will request UPS in the future. Fedex must be hiding around the corner and attempting to deliver our package as soon as they see us leave. They have been to the house 3 times now and each time left a note. The third note was even left AFTER they saw a note on our door, signed by me, that explained we were busy people and gone from time to time, and to just leave the package at the front door where we had a camera to record all deliveries, etc. I even signed the previous note they left asking them to just leave it at the front door. Either they can't read or just don't care. OR maybe they so robotized they may not think for themselves. read more

The Yuba City Federal Express office is a below par operation. I went in to drop off a package and was told I could not have a receipt. I was told to come back the following day. This has NEVER happened at the Yuba City UPS store. Im going to stick with UPS from now on. read more

FedEx delivered a package and took a picture to show proof of delivery. Upon finding my package on my door I saw that it was open with no content inside except for the invoice.I contacted customer service. But I got an automated voice message that just confirmed my tracking number and delivery and then it ends the call. I called back and finally got a live customer service stating I have to contact vendor and that the vendor has to file a claim. I asked to speak with the supervisor and Customer service said they DON't have a supervisor and they can't give out their number. Then they hung up. First of all customer service just said they don't have a supervisor and then he said he can't give out there number. That statement just don't add up. They hire thieves and liars. Perhaps they should call themselves FED-EX-CONVICT. They can't even be honest about their business. Fedex are so unprofessional. Don't have your packages deliver by FedEx. Choose UPS or USPS. From my experience they always come through for me. read more

I threw away my ticket that has tracking number and nearly 3 weeks later get an email from recipient that they never received. Went in, lady at counter was extremely helpful, took a while for her to do but was able to look up cuz I had dropped it off there and I had some details that helped her, whereas if you call the 800 number they just say no can't be done without the tracking number. Good old fashion customer service like you used to get. Thanks to her for helping and I will continue to use this location as I need to send anything overnight! read more

Fed Ex is a terrible company. The driver or drivers in the Browns Valley, CA area simply don't care about their job. I have had 8 packages delivered not just to the wrong house, but to just a random gate with no address on it, 1 mile from my house. My packages are literally just sitting on the side of the road. 2 of these 8 parcels have been stolen, costing me hundreds of dollars. I have called and explained this numerous times and nothing ever changes. As a home business owner, this is not acceptable. No reimbursement, not even a sincere apology. I never use this company anymore, unfortunately new clients sometimes do. Do yourself a favor and use a company that actually cares for it's customers. I would give 0 stars if Yelp allowed! read more

This review is about the customer service clerks not the delivery service, which is great, knock on wood. If you ever been FedEx while you are the only one there you are guaranteed to wait. They have a courtesy bell as you enter but if an employee is not at the desk be prepared to wait. Today I went to have something delivered and guess what? No clerk at the desk and I wait to see if anyone would come along and help me. I wait and then hear a voice say, 'let me know when you are ready'. I say I am ready and then wait a little longer before the clerk come out from the back. I understand labor is tight at retail locations by this is getting on my nerve all the waiting that I and others have to wait for customer service. read more

The people writing these negative reviews clearly haven't experienced other FedEx locations in urban areas. I was culture shocked by how kind and attentive they are here when I first moved to Yuba City. I had a great experience with this FedEx today as well. I was hauling around a laundry basket full of Hanukkah presents trying to ship them to family. First I went to the UPS store and they said it would cost $101!! Then I went to the USPS location inside Bel Air and they said they didn't have boxes that big. Then I went to this FedEx and got a much more competitive price and great service. Next time I'm just going straight to FedEx!!! The woman at the counter picked out a box for me and packaged everything up nicely. The location started to get crowded for the holidays and I was really impressed with the way the ladies at the counter multi tasked to figure out who needed what and how to help everyone asap. Also it seems like this location has regulars and that some customers and counter ladies knew each other. Seems like an efficient, friendly, inviting place to be! read more
