The problem is that every single day it seems, I get someone else's mail- sometimes not even the same number or even street!!!! I've complained at the post office 2-3x before but there's really nothing they could do about this other than getting better carriers (or sorters?) with attention to detail!!! I just think that very important mail could end up in the wrong hands and create identity theft and I'll kinds of stuff! That's the only reason I chose to do this review.

We drove from Sacramento because everything in the area was fully booked for at least one month out. They are the nicest post office clerks I have ever met. My son has autism and doesn't do well with pictures. Well, let me tell you! They were interactive and patient when taking his passport picture! It went amazing! We were in and out within 15 minutes. I recently visited the Yuba City DMV and had a very frustrating experience. The office only had one…read moreregistration kiosk available, which caused an unnecessarily long wait. Many people, including myself, came prepared to quickly handle simple registration renewals. Still, instead, I was stuck waiting close to an hour because the kiosk was occupied by 20 or more people, most of whom were elderly and non-English speaking and needed help. I ended up helping these people who aren't technology savvy, as the DMV staff wouldn't do anything, because I value my time. What made the situation worse was that the staff would not allow payment for registration at the counter, even though several windows were open. It seems unreasonable to restrict customers to only one method of payment when the line is so long and people's time is valuable. Allowing registration payments at the counter would have sped up the process significantly and reduced the frustration for everyone waiting. The DMV already has a reputation for long lines and slow service, and experiences like this reinforce it. While I understand that kiosks are meant to streamline services, having only one machine and refusing counter service defeats that purpose. I hope the DMV reconsiders this policy and provides more kiosks or allows counter payment as an option, so customers can have a smoother and more efficient experience in the future. Solution: Install more Self-Service Registration Kiosk to replace the counters. FOR F-CK SAKE! If the people behind the counter are so lazy and see someone just playing on their phone. What exactly are their role at the DMV counter? Is this how my "renewal registration" dollars are spent? What a waste!

I took over this property, Brown's gas owned the tank so naturally I called them. But before I could call them they showed up. Twice. once when we weren't home (the previous owner contacted me and told me via cell) and then the second time we were home the driver, randy, very nice guy and I spoke, he was told that we had not transferred service yet and he made it clear to me that he couldn't put any gas in the tank until I did that and of course I said yes I understand how commerce works I haven't had a chance to do this yet and you just showed up out of the blue. Again. I'm sure the previous owner told them that they sold the property when they showed up the last time and spoke to her. Lol. So I went to the Browns Gas office to open my account - it said they were closed for lunch on the fence, it wasn't lunchtime, it was 1030a. I came back 4 hours later around 2:30 PM and that sign was still up. This time I learned my lesson and called to make sure they were there. I came back the following Monday and when I mentioned that they said there just wasn't anyone there that day and fair enough I understand it's a rural company I guess. I opened an account and deposited money to get a delivery and was told they'd "let me know when that could be", roughly a few days later they let me know when they were coming and I asked what time frame and they said they couldn't give a time frame. I've run a service company for 30 years I found that amusing so I thought they must have meant they won't know until that day when they set up his delivery route so today is the day and I called and I spoke with Sam in the office. She assured me that she could not tell me any time frame when the driver would arrive and when I said that sounds odd, never heard of that, she seemed pretty indignant explaining to me that the driver is operating a vehicle filled with explosive gas and that because of this very reason they cannot offer a time frame to which I of course replied doen't that argue against not knowing where your driver is? in fact you should have a precise schedule for a driver that you're turning loose with a gigantic 20 ton bomb, you should know exactly where they are at all times or at the very least within a 2-3 hour time window. She remained indignant clearly regarding my comment as out of line. So here I sit with dogs put away, m gate open and unable to leave all day long because a service company cannot figure out a delivery schedule the day of - I've had other propane companies, this has never been a problem, no one else does this as far as I know. also it is weird to me that the last Yelp review here is 2 years ago. I get yelp reviews every week and my business is not large. If people aren't writing positive reviews you're doing something wrong And if you've been in business as long as they have and you only have a handful of reviews at all you're really doing something wrong and judging by their overall rating on Yelp I'd say that's confirmation. I don't think they realize we have choices up here.
