The prices here can be a little higher, but if you have everything already packed up, or even a pre-purchased label, you won't have to worry about any of that. A claim was filed and instantly paid without them doing any sort of search or investigation. I called this store and many other locations at UPS and noone would request an investigation for my grandfather's ring. UPS Store and UPS just kept pointing fingers at each other saying the other was responsible. In other words, noone took responsibility. I have spent countless hours calling people and different departments at UPS Store and UPS asking for an investigation to no avail. After many sleepless nights I have concluded to NEVER use a UPS Store nor UPS for any future shipping needs. They just don't care.

They have packaging material and a copy machine as well as a computer to use. They do passport photos...faxing...and have cute cards in the store.
