I called to get a quote to print a poster for a work conference. They answered the phone and based on a few quick questions, they were able to give me a quote. I called around (Staple and UPS) and no one else could print what I needed for as low of a price and as quickly. I called back Printworx and sent them an email with my poster design. The designer called me back to clarify the dimensions which I really appreciated. A deposit was required via phone prior to printing. I went and picked my order up the SAME DAY for no extra charge. My order was ready, in a bag, and was perfect! $54 for a 4'x3' poster (Staples was quoting $66 and would take 5 days to ship it to me; UPS in town won't print anything that large). I have gone through print works a few times and every time is unsatisfactory. They are sloppy, overpriced, never on time, and everything I get back isn't correct. I won't ever be going to Printworkx again. My most recent order was for posters and the posters alone weren't even the right size that we wanted and the other posters were just glued onto a foam board and there are giant bubbles everywhere on all of them. They even gave us a few boards and posters that we had to glue ourselves! When someone pays you a lot of money, get the job done on time and do it correctly. this was my 'go to shop' for printing. great service and great printing. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO REMOVAL, they FAILED. I was dedicated to this place but when I wanted it removed, they were NOT dedicated to me, they never followed thru. No call, no email. Obviously they do not care. I do, this is me caring that as a faithful customer, you guys FAILED. And when I get my new company put on my truck I will NOT be coming back here. Just an awful experience. When I called they said I could get my order by tomorrow morning. I got there and they tell me it's going to be 3 or 4 days because they can't print add much black as I needed, plus an extra $40 for having the design guy put crop lines on my design.... really? I know that will only take max 10 min. The whole time some lady in the back is just scowling at my kids and obviously irritated that they were in the store. Felt so uncomfortable I left immediately. Printworx just did some embroidery work on some of our racing jackets and they look AWESOME !!! And the price was GREAT also !!! I took them in there expecting not to get them back for a few days (according to other shops that's how long it would take) and they had them ready the next day !!!
