This store was sold to someone in California and moved to California. In this sale/transition, I had items in the system to be finished. The wait for items during that time was a year+. Note that I invested $1K+ for the canvases and threads for these "sets" before prepaying for the finish work. The pre-paid finish work was over $1k. Previously, I've never had issues, so didn't think anything about time or $$. I knew it would show up eventually. When I got my finished items about a 1.5 years later, the finish work was all over the board and not what I asked for. I had some that were "soft" ornaments, which is what I asked for. Some where thing framed hard, some where think framed hard. The problem with this is that they were ornament "sets". So the finish work of each set didn't match. I called the new store and they told me that if I sent back the "sets" they'd send them out to have them "redone". I sent them all back at my cost and was told that it would be another year+ since they had to go back in line in the system for finishing. I agreed and then didn't think much about them. 2 years later I got a box of ripped up unfinished ornaments/needlepoint canvases with zero explanation. Imagine my shock! I called and asked "why they sent them back in the condition that they are in" . I got the run around on explanation for over a year, I kept having to send in the original paperwork and explain over and over to new people. My request was to complete the finish work that I paid for or refund the money so I could find someone to finish them on my own. They just kept giving me the run around, then a new person would respond and we'd go through the same process over and over. I am on my 5th person now. They offered me $200 to call it good. I declined. I think my next step is to take them to "quick claim court", I need to investigate how to do this. I recommend NEVER to use this company. There are so many other "needlework" shops out there that are reputable and super supportive. Its just been frustrating trying to deal with them long distance and since they don't answer their phone EVER, leaving messages and sending emails does nothing.

I had ordered shirts  from Carlos early on when I started my business a few years back, and honestly, if I didn't want to order new ones, I didn't have to - because after 2 years of wearing those shirts doing manual labor, they still look solid. None of the ink on any of the 20 shirts had faded to the point of uselesslness. They all are still very wearable. This year I wanted to upgrade to a new set of shirts with a bolder designs and a different color, so I obviously went back to Carlos at spunco get an order started. I sent him 3 different designs that I wanted printed on only 31 shirts. Most screen printing companies, even other local ones, require a minimum of 12 shirts per design or worse yet,  24 shirts per design. If I went a different route, with 3 designs, I would have to fork up for at least 36-72 shirts, and probably at a higher cost per shirt. Carlos at spunco accommodated our minimal customized needs. He also took our quickly-executed shirt ideas and rendered them into useable artwork for the screenprinting process at no charge. This is normally an outrageous fee elsewhere. (I am not sure if this was a returning customer hook-up though) He gladly made multiple edits to our order when we needed to, and he made adjustments to the actual design as needed. He delivered the shirts on time and early. Carlos did all of this with a great attitude and was very professional. I prefer not to make this review about spunco's UNBEATABLE pricing, as that would be enough to lure many people in who are shopping based on price, but the quality of Spunco's product is even better than their unbeatable pricing. The shirts were amazing when they arrived, and every single shirt was perfect! Front and back, out of the box and on our backs, I have absolutely no complaints about the shirts. They were super soft and fit perfectly, and the printing was superior! I'm super satisfied! Actually, I am way more than satisfied! The product and service that Carlos at spunco was able to deliver was outstanding! I highly recommend them to anybody looking to fulfill a need of custom tshirts - whether that order is thousands or a small batch like ours.
