Do not use this business! They incorrectly printed a large number of tee shirts for me and were uncooperative in reprinting and reimbursing me for the shirts that were done wrong. When I received the reprinted tee shirts, 3 of them were the incorrectly printed ones with the design removed, leaving residue on the shirt. So in addition to competence, this business is dishonest. read more

We brought in an embroidery job to them and they did a beautiful job and turned the job around in two days unlike their competitors in Chico that need 2-3 weeks. Went in the first time and the older man helping us out (Jeff) was very understanding and told me that he would do what I wanted and told me my past embroidery person had done a terrible job, that he was much better. He spoke very goodly, and I believed him. He ordered my items online and told me he would get them in 3 days and have the items done. He had also told me the total was going to be over $300, which If he did a good job cool that fine. Three days pass by and no call, 4 days pass by and no call. I started calling him and he kept saying my items weren't done. Keep in mind he had told me these items would be completed in 3 days and I had planned to used them for graduation pictures, which I didn't even get to use. Like 5 days later he tells me they're ready, the print on my shirts isn't the one I wanted..the hats are good but not what I expected, he then tells me it's going to be around $250. I then have him break everything down for me, and it comes out to an estimated of $160... How do you change the price drastically 3 times. Anyways I asked him for the design he had made and paid for because he told me that would be my design and that no one else would be able to use it, and with no issue he sent it to my email like 2 days later when he told me I would have it before I got home. Again he sent me the wrong design, a design I didn't like and NEVER approved. I called him about this and he never answered or sent it back. I had to go in personally to talk to him about it. I walk in and talk to him and right away he says sure I'll give it to you for $30 when it's something that was already paid for and then he goes down to $20 and then he says FREE. Again how do you go from $30 to FREE. He then approached his computer to send the design through email, and purposely sends it to the wrong email and kinda cuts me off and says have a great day and doesn't expect me to stay until I receive it. I never get it and give him another email and watch him type it out to make sure he ACTUALLY sends it, and I receive it. Which I did, but this was necessary and could have been avoided by doing it right the first time. Overall this place is cool, but situations like these kinda pushing away the costumers by doing stuff like this. Not a very professional business. I brought in a hoodie sweatshirt and wanted a t shirt done with a logo I had a picture of. Jeff was the one who said they could do it and would give me a price quote by the aftenoon. A week later hadn't heard from him. I called and I believe it was Lisa on the phone said she that she knew Jeff was working in it but didn't know price. I don't know why he would start to work on it without giving me a price. She said he would call back I didn't hear anything until 5 days later from Jeff and not for a price but for info on a better pic since the resolution on the one he had wasn't working for him. He left a voicemail. I couldn't return he's call right away but I was able to email him giving him the info on where to find the pic. He never called or emailed again. I called the next day to talk to him and he wasn't in but was told he would call me back with a price quote. Never called me back and now it's been two days later. So I decide to go into the shop. Jeff came to the counter I reminded who I was and what he was doing for me. I asked him how much it was going to cost? In a rude tone just blurted $40.00. I had to ask if that was for the hoodie or hoodie and t shirt. Rudley said both. I asked did you find a better resolution since I emailed you with the information to where to find the pic? He said no rudely again. I asked him have you done anything with the hoodie? NO! I asked for the hoodie back and before I could finish talking he walked off and handed me the hoodie. This was to be a birthday gift and now it almost a week past the birthday and I had no gift to give that person. I will never go back nor recommend them which is to bad because I have other friends who were waiting to see how this all turned out and if it came out good they were going to bring in there stuff to have done for the same event in which I was wanting mine done for. read more
