Stop using the dreaded Post Office! Never a line. Never a headache. Usually open. Service always good.

I've been to this place a couple times for their notary services and everyone's always been friendly and expedient.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. I love that they can offer services from USPS, FedEx, UPS, and even DHL. They always have a notary available for walk-in appointments, and have fun trinkets and cards to peruse. read more

Quick, quality employees and services available. Will go above and beyond. Nice extra fun and unique merchandise for gift giving purposes.

Best place to do mail business in Chico. I have come here on multiple occasions. I was in recently for a complicated mail situation where I had to send four different packages to four different government addresses. The government is notoriously unforgiving when it comes to paperwork. The woman that was helping me was very friendly and patient, and she even helped me solve a problem of some documents not fitting into the envelope by suggesting staples instead of paperclips. After some shifting and moving around of the papers with the newly stapled staples, I was able to get all the documents in the envelope. I go here for all my mail needs in Chico. read more

Perfect service! Always responsive, helpful, and polite! I don't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I couldn't believe how easy it was to do business here the week before Christmas. I had four different transactions types and the clerk was so quick and helpful! Delightful errand in a busy holiday season. read more

Offered on the spot notary for a fair price which was fabulous! They had some point of sale goodies, would have been nice to have some stationary, cards or some unique gift ideas. Make sure you pull down the side street to enter into the extremely limited parking lot. Building and interior could use a facelift. Kinda a old school, no frills postal station. read more

Postal Station has great walk in finger printing service. Chris (one of the workers) was extremely kind and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend you coming in if you need fast and great service for your livescans. I will definitely be coming back again if and when I need a livescan done. read more

I have never had to wait for my parcels, they get to me immediately when they see the pickup notice in my hand. The staff has always been friendly, polite, attentive, and efficient. read more

Rude rude rude! Unprofessional! I won't use this place again. I don't appreciate the employee taking my phone, selecting options in my Amazon app to change my returns which would have ended up costing me $5.99 to return (instead of my free Amazon prime shipping), plus trying to charge me $1 for each item for used boxes he had sitting behind the counter (again, free elsewhere with Amazon prime). When I decided I'd rather stick to my original return options and go elsewhere, he scoffed at me, told me I was crazy, that I would waste a dollar driving down the street, and that he was just trying to be logical. The interaction with the employee made me completely uneasy and lose trust, so I decided to take my items elsewhere to be shipped for free since I have Amazon Prime. I asked for all my items back and left. read more

This Postal Station is the worst. I paid $200 and they lost my package and when I was asking questions to try to find my package Chris one of the owners was so rude. I will never use this place again and taking to small claims. Use Fed Ex less than a block away in the next shopping center. They are very friendly there Unlike this mom and pop shop postal station operated and owned by Chris and Kurt. Their struggling for business and probably under stress but that's no reason to treat your customers badly after they loosing their package and won't replace or give me my money back. Chris is co owner and was so rude. We won't be doing business here anymore. Time for small claims and better business bureau. I paid them hundreds of dollars and not even an apology. read more

Postal Station - Notaries Near Me - Chico, California

This is the place that we went after being treated horribly by the girl at the UPS store on Notre Dame. They are friendly, helpful and don't make you feel like a burden that they can't wait to send back out the door. The young woman here was very informative and got it done for us. I always appreciate a business that treats it's customers with respect (don't we all?) We will be giving our future business to the Postal Station from now on. Same prices as the others and much better service! read more

These guys are so awesome! They always help me find the best deals ship things to my family and have the best deals in town

Great local service for all your postal needs including notary service. Skip the corporate entities and keep this place well fed. Went there for notary service. Chris seems like a great guy. Purchased it from the original owner. Friendly and gets it done. read more

Always great customer service and really nice employees. I would much rather come here than the corporate stores.

This place goes above and beyond each time we go in. Wether it's getting something out quickly, solving packaging issues, or really doing their best to find the best price option out there. Hands down the best, most hassle free place in town. read more

This is the place to go if you need to ship something from Chico. It's so hard to park at the Post Office and UPS locations and then deal with rude people there. Everyone has been so friendly whenever I showed up at the Postal Station. I highly recommend taking your business there. read more

After the Paradise fire, we lived in 4 different situations. Postal Station has provided much needed consistent postal service since then. Always friendly, above average in efficiency, I am very thankful to them for their support and service during this experience. read more

I know with holidays and COVID things are slower that's why I payed top dollar to mail a simple card in the same state not across country and it still didn't get there after they told me that's what I needed to pay to make sure it got there , the told me to there's nothing they can do after they took my money , won't go there anymore , go to the actual store not this place read more

They do great service and are down home. I also continue to have packages deliver there even if there is a fee because it's not safe due to port pirates in my hood! read more

I start by saying that I have never took given a 1 star rating in my life. Usually if its a bad experience i just dont return but this was just so out of line i felt i needed to put it out their. I ship daily and at first was truly impressed with this place . Then I asked them to build me a box for a skateboard ...i left the board with them they built the box and shipped it...i never had possession of the board after leaving it with them . Well the tracking never updated so I go to ups hub where they suggested I go...ups called them and said well that person was extremely rude and said he didn't have time to deal with this so I go back to them and they said well dont know what to tell you . So after being told different prices depending on who I talk to their i realized that this place is not trust worthy . How i can leave a package with them they all agree that I left it but its disappeared from there cpu lol. Sounds like somebody got a free skateboard ...Pretty sad ethics ..i was more then patient and got screwed..lesson learned ...0 star rating i will tell every single person i know who ship anything to avoid this place . Its too bad . They service is needed but with business ethics like this im surprised they are still open read more

I highly recommend this place. They are professional while having a homey feeling. A great local business deserving of local support!

Love this place!! Got some custom made stamps done there and they turned out great. Also, wonderful customer service

I've used The Postal Station's services on multiple occasions and have always been satisfied. Most recently they helped me decrease the cost of shipping my package from $59 to $25 by finding a better packaging method and the cheapest shipper. Also, they will do little things that people often take for granted, namely, throwing away my old box/packages and taping a package for me even though I didn't buy anything from them. Doesn't hurt that they are friendly. Highly recommend. read more
