What's worse, they never gave me a receipt or proof of purchase, which I need to get my warranty repairs done from another company. Gallagher's has yet again promised to order a part and fix it, then a month goes by and I don't hear from them and they don't return calls. They did it both times I needed warranty repair. The first time I lost airconditioning for a month when it was 115 out and got severely ill with life threatening issues. This time it was 105 and I got heat exhaustion. People my age die from the heat. So I have vvery serious health concerns connected to their service and in response Gallagher's doesn't keep me informed about why nothing is happening, which shows they have so little respect for me that they don't care about helping me avoid life-threatening issues caused by their empty promises! are they ever going to complete this repair, i am now wondering. And to top it all off, they were so sloppy in the installation that they damaged my house in a few different ways, and never took responsibility for it or cared when I brought it up. I have a roof leak because they left a huge hole! I had to put out about 1000 to fix the damage they caused in the install. Please stay away from this company. their work is not quality work, their prices are criminal, and they treat you with so much disrespect it is insane. I am now dealing with a trauma response because I almost died the first time they did this and now it is happening again and they are doing the same thing. And they still won't call back after i tell them that. Update: I really laid into the girl on the phone last time I called and she escalated it to Luke who said he would help, and sent over a portable air conditioner in the meantime. Maybe they will eventually fix this thing. But I am not changing my stars. I told the guy I needed help in the meantime because my health could become life threatening and he said no! I shouldn't have to give some sob story about chemotherapy to make them care or ask for the manger to get the quality of service they should just give me. I mean, if a client talks about life-threatening problems and the technicians blows you off there is no other interpretation besides that they don't care. Which also explains their inability to fix things in the time they promise to, and failure to take responsibility for that.

The people that work there become your friends over the years and they really put some other facilities to shame. Lots of parking, so no prob. I've found the best way to use UPS is get an account and set of all the billing and then you can do shipping label printing at home or at the office. I work out of my house, so I don't have a regular UPS pick up, so I just print the shipping label and bring it down to the UPS store. Drop off, get a tracking receipt and off I go. If there's a line, someone usually asks and just drop offs? Yep, that's me and off I go. If you want the best price on shipping and you don't need it to get there the very next day, UPS is fine. If you want over night, gotta be there the next day, go FED EX, they're the overnight delivery people, but they're ground service is not so good. What's good about this location, is if you're hungry, there's lots of places to get all kinds of food right nearby, from Mod Pizza, to In N Out, to Chinese food at Panda Express.

In my case, I had just learned my party was leaving the country & I just recieved their adress. I…read moreneeded to serve someone in their home city on a Thursday night and if I had no luck, I needed another process server to serve the person in a entirely different city on Friday. The urgency was that the person was leaving the country on Saturday. I called several process servers in both cities and had difficulty getting a response. Though I worked with a very responsive server in the city for Friday and I paid him (as it was getting late, 5p, on Thursday and I wasn't getting any calls back about serving the party on Thursday... Even the butte county sheriff's office neglected for an entire two weeks to call me back) eventually Amber from AW Legal services called me back. I was frustrated that I had lost the money (due to the lack of responsiveness from several places in Chico) from paying the other processor for the Friday job. However once Amber called, we discussed the entire process, the identification information, and her pricing. I had a fee waiver for the county, but you can't use it if they never call you back so I was happy to find that Amber's pricing is extremely reasonable!!! I made the payment and I advised the Friday process server (in the Friday city), right away, that I might be able to get it done that evening (with AW Legal) but the chances were slim. He told me to let him know if I got it done. Shocked as all get out, Amber, with only basic address info (wasn't 100% sure about the way the apartment # was written) managed to serve the party within two hours. But here's the icing on the cake... My paralegal had multiple misscommunications with myself & Amber in regards to getting the original paperwork from Amber so that it could be delivered to the court. Eventually, I had to cut out the middle man and (2 weeks after service) ask Amber to please send it directly to me. She paid out of her pocket to overnight it to me. This act alone deserves five stars! I was extremely thankful. Amber will send you simple smile emojis, one word answers, and she's not very verbose in her texts (Lol) but she gets to the point, will get the job done, quickly, and correctly. And she is the type that will stick with you until it is done! I couldn't have been happier with her kindness, her commitment to completing the job, her relaxed nature (at a time that is stressful to her clients), and her professionalism.
