The computer was down , had to beg for a box , good thing I had the right change 6 dollars for a box , some plastic air bubbles and the clerk to tape it shut. I dont think he wanted to work since the computers were down. read more

We had a great experience at Overland Post after being rudely turned away two minutes after the 3:30pm (!) closing time at the nearby Copy Center. We were desperate to transmit a legal document and they took good care of us by printing and then faxing a document at a very reasonable price. I reluctantly deducted a star because there was no mobile phone coverage inside the store itself so I had to step outside to make a phone call. read more

The only reason I use this horrific business is because they are the only game in town. Little boy at the counter isn't the brightest bulb in the box and has a hard time using the computer so i have to do all his work for him. He has a hard time using the mouse and clicking the right address. since he can't handle the pressure of his remedial job, i'm forced to fill everything out even though the info is in my shipment history. His exasperated tone and terrible customer service is condoned by the owner. I've never had such a hard time spending money in a business, one would think they would want to make money, but maybe i'm wrong. read more

Oveerland Post attemted to send my package by the wrong carrier. When I asked them to call Fedex and confirm a question they asked me to leave ther store. The poorest in customer service. Not reccomended. read more

Overland Post was amazing! I frequently have oddly shaped large pieces of Art to ship. I can bring it to them and they have every to pack and get the item to my customer safely. I went in today to mail a package like I've done several times. I tried to explain to the woman last time when I mailed a package I had used a box similar to one she had behind the counter. I told her I wanted to do next day ground which I had also done in the past she tried to tell me there was no such thing. She gave me a next day air box when I tried to explain I wanted next day ground due to the large price difference. She was extremely rude and extremely snippy and short with me at which point I told her to give me my box back so I could remove the items and go somewhere else at which point she began to play tug-of-war over the counter with my personal items. A man came from behind and said what's the problem and I tried to explain that the woman at the counter had been rude from the get go and he then proceeds to tell me I'm the problem I'm the rude one at which point I say I'm going to call and complain and the woman says go ahead and try I own this business there's no one to complain too! This is a shady business in a shady building and the short drive To Redding is well worth not giving these people Business. read more
