Wow, Crown Cleaners has only 4 reviews here on Yelp, but like over 100 on Google! Guess, I'll add mine here! Living in Red Bluff, seems we only have 2 real dry cleaners and clothing altering places. This place is right near the Raley's I go to, so convenient in that way. Easy parking and no big line or anything to worry about. I just needed a pair of jeans altered by making the legs a few inches shorter. Easy alteration ... plus I suck at sewing! Reasonable pricing and wait time. They are easy to communicate with and are clear on the service requested. That's what I like, a professional service whee you know what you're gonna get and no weird surprises. If I need more stuff altered, I'll come here ... and go to Raley's at the same time! read more

Crown cleaners saved my big day! The night before my wedding, all 6 of my bridesmaids satin dresses soaked up water that leaked out of an AC unit. I was like ohhh F***! This is going to leave a water ring on the dresses!! I called Kimberly from Crown Cleaners, it was late on a Friday night, probably around 9:30pm. She was so sweet and so nice! She had one of my gals bring the dresses in the morning of my wedding and Kimberly and her help came into their shop on SATURDAY, their day off, and were able to get the water stains out of the satin dresses before my wedding that afternoon! SUPERHEROES!! They went ABOVE and BEYOND!! So very kind of them, they didn't have to do that at all, but they did! Thank you again!! Crown Cleaners is exemplary of outstanding customer service! We are in town for an RV Rally and I needed a shirt pressed. I found Crown Cleaners on Yelp and stopped by. Asked if I could get the shirt pressed (it was already washed and dried) and was prepared to leave it. The lady said "if you would like to wait a couple of minutes we'll do it right now for you". I thought it couldn't get any better.....but wait! It was literally two minutes and another lady brought it up, ironed, on a hanger and bagged. She says "I see you're on a motorcycle.....would you like me to fold that for you?". I dropped my Miss Me jeans off here to get cleaned and mended. I got them back and look brand new. The stitching looks identical to the original stitching. These people are unbelievable! I lost everything in the Camp Fire of Paradise Ca. and had to temporarily relocate to Red Bluff and was living in the RV resort. The washing machine at the resort was not washing properly and I had heard that Crown was washing clothing for the Campfire victims. I thought I would try it out. I thought for sure there was some kind of catch but I went anyway. One of the few things I had saved from the fire was my Merino Wool that I had them wash. It was mixed in a bag of cotton and synthetic clothing. When I went to pick up the clothing it was all folded and washed perfectly. I decided to go back and have them wash my clothes again while expecting to pay a pretty large bill for my entire families laundry. They washed it for free again and told me not to worry about paying while I lived at the RV park. Crown Cleaners is one of the few businesses I have ever come across that would be so kind. I really hope people try them out because they really deserve the business! We really need to keep businesses like this alive! read more

It took 90 days and cost $55 to replace a zipper in a hoodie. They are your normal dysfunctional, neurotic, addict that is common to every one that is born here on Earth and will not work Recovery. Walk in for a repair and they will verbally estimate a reasonable price that in my case was $40 (never is this in writing as that is a legal contract). It is all smiles and praise the local deity from them in presenting a good front. They will call or email when it is done which as the promised 4 weeks comes and goes ... there is a problem not of their doing. Blame goes elsewhere. Not their fault the dog ate their homework sort of thing. They then come up with a price that is take your valued cloth or leave it for them to sell at a lower price they can get .. which in my case $55. Tell them of the verbal agreement and some one else did that conversation .. not the person you are talking to now at the cash register. Quality work as they can sell it of course since it is good cloth you gave them. They want you to abandon the item or accept the extortion. Recommendation is to trash your good cloth in need of minor repair to buy new at a cheaper price or go to Sacramento for the minor repair. Red Bluff is incapable of such things I am sorry to say. read more
