They heard our story and were more than willing to help while everyone else gave a quick no. When his father did not arrive by closing to pick up clothes, they personally delivered food, money, and clothes to the motel we got him. Their kindness brought all of us, including the father, to tears. Humanity is a beautiful thing! Thank you for going above and beyond and doing all you can to help people you never met, just heard a son's cry for help. You will always have a special place in our hearts and will FOREVER be grateful to you Bless you and your family! Sincerely, Amy Patasin and son

The shoes are so comfortable and well made. It is hot or miss for me just because of my small foot. But they do have a very good selection of shoes in all different sizes. I have been fortunate enough to find some. This time I found a real cute, comfortable pair of brown shoes and some cute earrings as well as a ring. I this the value for money is pretty good, sometimes I feel it may a little pricey. That being said I do recommend this store because the shoes are very well made and hold up good.

At the last minute on a Friday night my 15yo TCYM son…read moreneeded some dress shoes to wear 12 hours later while in Uniform for a Policeman's funeral in Roseville. We were told that he could rent shoes at Wink. My husband and son went down there at 4:45 to inquire about renting. Turns out, they don't rent or sell. The owner, (assuming, and I wasn't there to get her name) offered to let us use her grown sons shoes. Problem being, her son is in Georgia! She OFFERED to get up at the crack of dawn and get the shoes for my son. Not even sure if they would fit! She did know this was for a Young Marine to wear to a murdered policeman's funeral. She was willing to go way out of her way to help my son for the purpose of a funeral in Roseville. My husband didn't want to put her out anymore and told her how much he appreciated her help but she had offered enough. He went down and found a pair at another store.. She couldn't have been anymore kind hearted in the situation. She knew the story and wanted to help! Besides that her new boutique is full of fun, fancy and priced appropriately!

Aiden was my Sales Rep - he did an excellent and friendly job! After wearing them for a few days, my heels were aching. I stopped wearing the Hokas - the pain was gone in a day. No one made me buy them or pushed me into them - I did that all on my own. I decided to go back to the store a few days later to ask if there was anything that could be done about my heel problem. Manager Ashley helped me greatly - she listened, she helped me select a different shoe (one with less "drop") and she exchanged the Hokas for a different brand that are working fantastic - no more heel pain. The Customer Service was excellent and friendly, and I'm very happy. Fleet Feet has made a customer for life out of me!
