One stylist left and I switched to ***. Not mentioning the name as she is a super stylist. Just not great at calling back and making appointments. I called 4 times in a week and half. The receptionist said she was with a client and would get back to me. 4 times, no one ever called. I'm an existing customer and I Knew she wasn't taking new clients. Wish I could do that when I have 6 total care patients and suddenly 2 come from ER! " sorry, I'm full up!" Guess hair is more important than saving lives! I called back one last final time a few days ago. Again I was told she was with a client and would call. I mentioned how disappointed I was with the service from her after many calls. I was going to write a review on Yelp. Knowing she wasn't calling back, I left the house. Surprise! I guess Yelp threw her over the edge to call. I had left for town and missed the call. I did not make an appointment with her after all this. She not the only great hairdresser in 3 counties. She apparently just thinks she is! I

Sometimes Big 5 charges a lot of money for items you can get cheaper elsewhere. This is why I look at the sales, because often you can find some neat items on the cheap. Service here is fair. Sometimes you need to make some effort to get employees to notice you. Other times they are on it and are ready to assist in any way they can. Considering it's in a small town, this is a decent store for its selection.

Shoes, household accessories, fitness supplies, home décor, cell phone cases and other little knickknacks can also be found here. Browse slowly and carefully and you'll find something beautiful and worthy of coming home with you. Service here is decent overall. Employees are wandering around fixing things or seeing if customers need any help. Only reason I'm taking off a star is because the parking lot is full of homeless people. It also gets pretty scary in this area dark.
