Very quick to respond to emails when other tractor companies wouldn't. I purchased a tractor from Dave's and dealt with Justin. His customer service was excellent! Always responded to emails, phone calls, and questions. It made for a very smooth transaction. When Justin was out, Josh gave me the same great customer service. I had an incredible buying experience here. I worked with Justin and he was a standup, honest guy from the get-go. Gave me specific tractor information for the two models I was looking at. We live about 10 hours from the business. When my husband discovered they had everything we needed he called. He paid a small deposit to hold the tractor and we made the trip. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. They had our tractor, and implements loaded in the trailer we bought and ready to go. While Justin finished with another client they offered to let us drive a similar tractor and learn all the buttons and whatnot. The whole process was extremely relaxed and stress free. They hooked us up and we were in and out in about 30 mins, minus the time we waited for the other customers to finish. The price was incredibly reasonable for what we got. I had a good experience buying a new trailer from Dave's Tractor. I was in the market for a 10k dump trailer. Dave's stocks Fabform Versatile Trailers, and they had a nice unit with fold down metal sides. These are well built and had good accessories- tarp, D rings, ramps, sides for about the same price as many other dumps. I checked around to the other CA dealers of Fabform, Dave's was about $1,000 cheaper for the same unit. They also gave me a small cash discount. read more

Im Big on Customer Service.. Jared and Dillon are TheBest.. When I tell you they walked me thru my situation. They litterally had me take a picture of my Problem at 11:55 am.. By 12:30 I got a call from Jared...He didnt know I had talked to Dillon first..But also told me to describe what was going on. Well i did.. and also sent him a picture. These guys both took alook.. Called me back and gave me some advice and what I thought was a 600.00 cost turned into a Faulty wire. I recommend 1st you BUY A TRACTOR from these Guys..Then tell everone you know to do the Same.. Moral of this Story is... They could of took me to the cleaners for something that was a quick fix..but they didnt.. They gave me INFORMATION that is priceless and now have a Customer for Life.. I've ran machinery most of my life and I've been used to more horsepower. SO I had expectations but at the same time, coming in with a modest budget, I knew I couldn't afford what I've been used to. Josh was my salesman and was not only incredibly knowledgable, but he listened and then suggested the 2515H. We went back and forth on a couple tractors but ultimately based on what Josh suggested, knowing what I wanted to do with it, I agreed. This 2515H has been a work horse. There aren't many videos on YouTube showing what it can do (maybe I should make some) but it's a powerful mid sized tractor. I am about 3 months into owning it and I've already put about 105 hours on it. I am not using it for commercial use, I am a home owner landscaping my four acre property. I have a wood chipper, box scraper, post hole digger, landscape rake, potato plow, grapple bucket and disc. I've done projects such as putting in a orchard of about 55 fruit trees (see picture of rows I made), Digging holes for plants and fences in rocky soil, grade and install gravel on my long driveway, clear trees and brush with my grapple bucket (see pictures), install a telephone swing set (see pictures) and so much more. Even though I've been used to running larger machines, I go a bit slower with this one but it's a work horse and so far still going strong. If you were a professional site grader, in AG and Farming for a business, etc. I would go with a larger tractor but if you are a guy (or gal) on a small farm or property like mine, don't bother looking at any other tractors. Not only will this meet your needs, your wallet won't be too upset either. Dave's Tractor is reasonable, knowledgable and most importantly full of staff that have integrity. Bought a Branson Tractor from these guys, the service and attitude of everyone involved was tip top. Very informative and willing to help in anyway they could. Not being a previous tractor owner, their assistance was greatly appreciated. After several months I took the tractor in for a broken pin. I also asked them to do a full service on the machine while it was there. Turns out the part was not warrantied, which surprised me, but Jarred and Rob were able to fix most of the problem as well as did some other repairs at no cost to me to make up for the inconvenience. I just bought my second Mahindra Tractor from Dave's Tractor. I can't imagine buying from anyone else. Every time I had even the silliest question about the old tractor I called and was put right through to someone who helped me through it. The Parts people were also great whenever I needed to order something. Now we have upgraded to a bigger model and everything from the salesman Josh to the delivery person Len were super helpful. No pressure sales at all, and Len spent a LOT of time explaining the new features as well as just giving good general advice. Several months after purchase license plates still haven't arrived. Turns out Rob wrote down our mailing address wrong and won't take responsibility to fix it with the DMV. After our spending $5K on a trailer and previously buying 2 other tractors from him, Rob's only concern is to cast blame for the wrong address back on us, even though the mistake is in his handwriting. By the way this brand new trailer we bought broke down the first time we used it and was full of scratches down to the metal. Their way of fixing the scratches was to give us a can of spray paint. Customer service...a big fat zero. Just saw their response. They take full responsibility for it? Doesn't sound that way to me sounds like they are blaming my husband. At the time we bought, they shuffle papers at you and say sign here, sign here, sign here...they don't say read this over and sign. My husband handed them his drivers license and it had the address on it correctly but I guess they didn't read that. Touch up paint they gave us was not the same color as the trailer. But really the worst part was how defensive they were an unwilling and uncaring about the situation. I still advise you all shop elsewhere. read more
