Love these Guy's. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Did I mention respectful. That's huge for me. Wheather I know a lot or a little I expect to be treated with respect and common courtesy. This is a hudge new facility with tripple the stock of Lee's Honda. At Lee's the service staff is great but the the sales department needs some help. They act like the cool kids that are doing you a favor by talking to you. For example, I said the bike I was considering buying would look cool with stunt bars. The salesman said, "You could put training wheels on it to." I bet he dosen't even ride. When I asked about a Veterans discount he went away and came back and told me no. I checked Kawasaki's Web site to find there is a $250 discount. After applying for credit, I called back a few day's later since no one contacted me and was told my Kawasaki special promotion financing was denied. I was a bit supprised since I have good credit. That's when I decided a short trip to Red Bluff Power Sport's was in order. So happy, I will never buy from Lee's Honda/Kawasaki again. Night and day. I was aproved on the spot for the promotional financing, given a Verteran discount and a Gear discount. Literally treated like a new friend. I bought an nice 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS. Out the door in an hour. When I got home I decided I wanted to add the wind deflector so they gave it to me as part of the new bike accessory discount and installed it for free. I wanted to hug them but that's wierd. Last thing, being new to the digital dash I misunderstood the Thermometer indicator light to be a warning light and brought my bike in. They checked with the factory and purged my cooling system. Even though nothing was actually wrong and it was my mistake they treated me with respect and kindness. Then took a little extra time to show me how the digital display worked. Not to mention, shined my Baby up and told me not to worry about it. "This is what we do." No Charge! No they aren't paying me. These are good people. read more
