We wanted the blues and the greens in our photo we submitted to "pop" and brighten up our artwork. The young lady there at the counter assured us that they would be as we asked. What showed up were two ROLLS of stickers not the flat/cut stickers and the stickers were exactly like the proof. I paid $500 for 1000 stickers. I waited to open the box with Joe as this is a major step in our business. We opened the box and were completely dismayed. There were NO blues and NO greens we were promised. We went in today to complain. The same young lady actually admitted she misled us. Stated they were exactly like the proof we signed however the VERBAL promises made were not honored. The quality is crap. This is$500 worth of useless garbage. We can't use these to represent our business!!! They refused to stand behind their promises made by employees and refused to refund. We walked out and left the useless crap on the counter. Lesson learned. Went 1/2 mile up the road to Impressive Printing and are getting exactly what we want not empty promises.

My organization will use 'Impressive Printing' again for next years election materials and mailings. Thank you Impressive for making my job easier.

When I looked in the mirror I saw the complete name "Sew Smart". I did what any fabric lover/ sewing enthusiast would do- I flipped a u- turn, drove back to the store and walked right on in. I was greeted by the absolute nicest and outgoing lady, the owner, who unfortunately I did not get her name. I told her I had never been in her store before and she warmly and graciously welcomed me in. She proceeded to show me around and immediately I felt the inviting vibe and the TLC this woman puts into her business. Walking to the back she introduced me to some of the ladies who were hanging out and I believe they were also participating in some sort of sewing class. I was surprised at how big this store really was because from the outside it didn't look big at all. Everyone here was just so nice. The fabrics were mainly for quilting, but I picked up a very cool cotton with different colored Marilyn Monroe faces throughout (I'm a garment sewist and haven't learned how to quilt yet so I plan to make a dress with it). She has a ton of stuff, in fact, I'm pretty sure she carries most of what any sewist would need. I even bought some Floriani embroidery thread and a couple of other things that caught my eye. There was also another lady working there and she was awesome too and very sweet. What I felt here was truly that small town warmth and friendliness. I wanted to stay Ionger in this store to look around a bit more and keep chatting with the ladies about different sewing- related topics, but I needed to hit the road because it was getting late. I really enjoyed my shopping experience here. I wish there was something like this close to where I live but there isn't. If you're into sewing, crafts, and ESPECIALLY quilting please check out this shop if you're in the area. Great selection and excellent customer service.
