So I ask, "which is better, the picture on the phone or the original picture in the car?" she says "picture on your phone is ok, just email it to me"....so I emailed it to her and then I wait while she prints it. I go home and I get the original picture out of the car and notice that the one she printed is not as sharp as the original.... so I call the owner of the store. He says "the original is always a better way to go." I tell him that she didn't say that even though I asked. Then I asked if they can redo it at no charge.... (I mean it only took like a minute to do it.) and he said "no, we'll have to charge you again." so they've lost a customer because they didn't want to do a simple little re-do even though it was their fault and should've been done again at no charge.

We wanted the blues and the greens in our photo we submitted to "pop" and brighten up our artwork. The young lady there at the counter assured us that they would be as we asked. What showed up were two ROLLS of stickers not the flat/cut stickers and the stickers were exactly like the proof. I paid $500 for 1000 stickers. I waited to open the box with Joe as this is a major step in our business. We opened the box and were completely dismayed. There were NO blues and NO greens we were promised. We went in today to complain. The same young lady actually admitted she misled us. Stated they were exactly like the proof we signed however the VERBAL promises made were not honored. The quality is crap. This is$500 worth of useless garbage. We can't use these to represent our business!!! They refused to stand behind their promises made by employees and refused to refund. We walked out and left the useless crap on the counter. Lesson learned. Went 1/2 mile up the road to Impressive Printing and are getting exactly what we want not empty promises.

Lots of parking, so no prob. I've found the best way to use UPS is get an account and set of all the billing and then you can do shipping label printing at home or at the office. I work out of my house, so I don't have a regular UPS pick up, so I just print the shipping label and bring it down to the UPS store. Drop off, get a tracking receipt and off I go. If there's a line, someone usually asks and just drop offs? Yep, that's me and off I go. If you want the best price on shipping and you don't need it to get there the very next day, UPS is fine. If you want over night, gotta be there the next day, go FED EX, they're the overnight delivery people, but they're ground service is not so good. What's good about this location, is if you're hungry, there's lots of places to get all kinds of food right nearby, from Mod Pizza, to In N Out, to Chinese food at Panda Express.
