I have an ice cream truck I needed the business name on. Signarama was not my first call but it should have been. The other companies in town said they were 4 months out and 6 months out. Signarama said "Bring it in so we can measure and get started." That is how businesses should be ran. Ethan, Kyle and Brian all kept in good contact. When Kyle said I had an 8 o'clock appointment I replied "I didnt know you were open past dinner??" Since i drive an ice cream truck i dont get up early and therefore didnt know there was an 8am. Made an appointment with Jake, got stood up, no phone call. Made another appointment and he came to talk to me about what we needed. Then didn't hear from him for quite some time. Called them and Jake said they are working on "something to show us". Called again three weeks later, and Jake said they are "working on something to show us". Since then (July/August)......nothing. We ordered 8 banners and cannot believe how horrible they were!!! We couldn't get high enough resolution art so 5 out of the 6 were done in block letters and all black lettering!! They all looked the same. I asked if he could add generic art or anything and they didn't! I then realized I didn't even get one of them!! I called and they asked if I got all 6 of them??! Friendly staff, quick turn-around, quality products. Be sure to ask their advice on sizing of text so your signs are readable! Ours came out a little small for the display purposes we had in mind. It was our artwork....so can't fault them entirely. Just wish the designers would have been a bit more proactive by steering us toward a larger banner and/or larger font size. Overall good experience, and easy to work with. Although they are a franchise store they work hard to give back to the local community. read more

We also have been needing to replace our flag pole rope for a while, and Signarama let us use their boom truck while they were already there removing a storefront sign to replace that rope free of charge. I went into Signarama to get a sign made for my dad and Jake was the guy available. We sat down and he explained that they would send me a proof in about a week or so and once I approved the sign they would need 50% down to start production. No problem there. 2 weeks later I had still not heard anything from them, I called on a Friday and I explained to the receptionist that I just needed a proof so I could get it approved and get the ball rolling. She said she would talk to Jake and call me back. I did not receive a call back. Monday came and I called again explaining I called Friday and did not hear back. The receptionist asked me to hang on, a minute later Jake got on the phone, I told him I still hadn't received my proof. He told me he needed 50% down first. I reminded him that he originally told me that was for production not for the proof. Jake than told me if I could give him $100 he might be able to talk to the owner of Signarama and they might be able to get me my proof. He than told me he had called my dad and spoke to him and my dad decided not to go with the sign. I was a little shocked that he had called my dad when he had all of my contact information. I explained I would have to call him back after I spoke to my dad and find out what was happening. I got off the phone with Jake and called my dad. My dad and I spoke and he explained to me that he had never talked to anyone from Signarama and had certainly never talked to a guy named Jake and still wanted a sign. Jake totally lied to me!!! That is NOT how you do business!!!! I was so irritated that I went to another local sign company and got a proof from them the same day!! Don't do any business with Jake! He is definitely the weak link at Signarama!!!!! read more

I liked their design of my sign. Though the first attempt was extremely amateurish. But then they took FOREVER to get the sign printed. I have lost money because they took so long. Then I wanted some business cards made, and it took EVEN LONGER to get those printed. They are business cards for crying out loud. read more
