I have an ice cream truck I needed the business name on. Signarama was not my first call but it should have been. The other companies in town said they were 4 months out and 6 months out. Signarama said "Bring it in so we can measure and get started." That is how businesses should be ran. Ethan, Kyle and Brian all kept in good contact. When Kyle said I had an 8 o'clock appointment I replied "I didnt know you were open past dinner??" Since i drive an ice cream truck i dont get up early and therefore didnt know there was an 8am. The wrap turned out amazing. I picked up the vehicle and my first sale, the 9 year old said "I really like the chicken on it." I think it passed the test. read more

Outstanding service. Sarah helped me create a smaller image to make sure it was visible and readable. Had my proof quickly and noticed I made a mistake. Brady was so helpful to change it and resend me the proof once again. Everything looks great and have my decals in under 2 weeks. Thank you!! read more

I have been dealing with Signarama for many years now and let me just say that they are the BEST! When i am in need of Vinyl graphics or Business signs, they are my go to. I admit that I have tried other places in town but none compare to Signarama in Quality, professionalism or turn around time! Today I had the pleasure of dealing with AJ from Signarama. I called them late Friday night with a problem that needed attention asap. He was here First thing Monday morning equipped with the proper parts to fix my problem, and the price was VERY reasonable. I recommend them HIGHLY! read more

THIS IS THE SIGN COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR! These guys are my jam. I've been referring work to them and giving them all my business for the past 10 years or more. Everything from our outdoor signs to our vehicle wraps, this is the place. Look no further, because they are the best in town, hands down! read more

Signarama does great work. Family owned and operated. They did amazing on my signs. AJ installs signs like a beast

They're always the leaders in the community when a disaster happens. When it became clear that my kiddo's birthday party was going to be canceled because the COVID shutdown was looming, I reached out to Signarama about creating a lawn sign for her. They were happy to waive their minimum order threshold, and created a birthday sign overnight. My 6-year-old was so happy to sit outside and have the neighbors wave and wish her a happy birthday-she told me she wished every birthday could be like this . Thank you, Signarama. read more

Made an appointment with Jake, got stood up, no phone call. Made another appointment and he came to talk to me about what we needed. Then didn't hear from him for quite some time. Called them and Jake said they are working on "something to show us". Called again three weeks later, and Jake said they are "working on something to show us". Since then (July/August)......nothing. Poor, poor customer service. read more

Great team work - great customer service and James is Great!! Very Professional and detailed.

We ordered 8 banners and cannot believe how horrible they were!!! We couldn't get high enough resolution art so 5 out of the 6 were done in block letters and all black lettering!! They all looked the same. I asked if he could add generic art or anything and they didn't! I then realized I didn't even get one of them!! I called and they asked if I got all 6 of them??! I would NEVER EVER recommend them or ever do business with them again! read more

Friendly staff, quick turn-around, quality products. Be sure to ask their advice on sizing of text so your signs are readable! Ours came out a little small for the display purposes we had in mind. It was our artwork....so can't fault them entirely. Just wish the designers would have been a bit more proactive by steering us toward a larger banner and/or larger font size. Overall good experience, and easy to work with. Although they are a franchise store they work hard to give back to the local community. read more

I had them do a quick turnaround ion some trade show products and they turned out fantastic. Also a few months back they provided updated signage for our business. read more

We are new to Redding and needed the phone number changed on our work van, since Signorama was near our house, we decided to stop by and check them out. Signarama Redding - My @Signarama banner in its home environment. - Signmaking Near Me - Redding, California

We used them for our shopping center and they were extremely responsive, easy to work with, and very kind! We also have been needing to replace our flag pole rope for a while, and Signarama let us use their boom truck while they were already there removing a storefront sign to replace that rope free of charge. That level of customer service was very helpful for us and much appreciated! Thanks Jake Laughlin for all your help! read more

I went into Signarama to get a sign made for my dad and Jake was the guy available. We sat down and he explained that they would send me a proof in about a week or so and once I approved the sign they would need 50% down to start production. No problem there. 2 weeks later I had still not heard anything from them, I called on a Friday and I explained to the receptionist that I just needed a proof so I could get it approved and get the ball rolling. She said she would talk to Jake and call me back. I did not receive a call back. Monday came and I called again explaining I called Friday and did not hear back. The receptionist asked me to hang on, a minute later Jake got on the phone, I told him I still hadn't received my proof. He told me he needed 50% down first. I reminded him that he originally told me that was for production not for the proof. Jake than told me if I could give him $100 he might be able to talk to the owner of Signarama and they might be able to get me my proof. He than told me he had called my dad and spoke to him and my dad decided not to go with the sign. I was a little shocked that he had called my dad when he had all of my contact information. I explained I would have to call him back after I spoke to my dad and find out what was happening. I got off the phone with Jake and called my dad. My dad and I spoke and he explained to me that he had never talked to anyone from Signarama and had certainly never talked to a guy named Jake and still wanted a sign. Jake totally lied to me!!! That is NOT how you do business!!!! I was so irritated that I went to another local sign company and got a proof from them the same day!! Don't do any business with Jake! He is definitely the weak link at Signarama!!!!! read more

I liked their design of my sign. Though the first attempt was extremely amateurish. But then they took FOREVER to get the sign printed. I have lost money because they took so long. Then I wanted some business cards made, and it took EVEN LONGER to get those printed. They are business cards for crying out loud. read more
