I've used Applejacks for approximately 20 years, and followed them when they relocated from Redding to Anderson. They have fair prices and personalized service. I am often pressed for time, and too busy for extra tasks. They have our logo saved and make it really easy to reorder, via a quick email or phone call. We order male and female Polo's, T-shirts in different styles, hoodies, and zip ups. Sometimes we get a new idea or want a new style or color, and he sends me some ideas through email so I can quickly just say yes. He saves me the hassle and time of browsing and searching through 1000's of products. What a great shop! David took the time to look over our logo and tweak it to our printing needs. Then he showed us various shirts and hats to choose from in his showroom and extensive catalog. Thank god for Yelp, sometimes. In this case, thank god for Apple Jacks!! Being from San Francisco, I refrain from going malls. So I decided to look for a local screen printing company that could deliver quick, affordable, and effectively. And AppleJacks did not dissappoint! I called the store early Thursday morning for a quote on a large tshirt order. Dave helped me from start to end. He promised the shirts would be done at the latest Monday since they aren't opened on the weekends. What I appreciated most was that the order was originally for 75 shirts. I had asked Friday if he could add 20 more shirts on top of that and he was more than welcomed to. Dave helped with picking out the colors and even offered to do the design for us. When i picked up the shirts, I fell in love!! The graphic was perfect and orientation of the logo on the shirt was on point!! This shirt was for a loved ones funeral and everyone is truly grateful for the outcome and will be wearing it for years. I read the reviews and decided to try this company. What a huge mistake, this company is Not Professional, we could not even get our disabled father thru the front door! the place was a mess and was so hot that we had to wait outside. There was no way it was wheel chair accessable and the owner Dave was making all kinds of excuses regarding being late on our order. The inside was cluttered with machines and all the owner could say was ,OK, OK, OK...we found out later that the completed product was cheap and lacking any design concept. Very unprofessional and the place was a mess with clutter all over. The owner keep us waiting for 3 weeks and we refused to take the Tshirts that were cheap looking.... I guess that's why they are the cheapest pricing around. We would not recommend this company and would hate to see what there catering business sells. read more
