I am often pressed for time, and too busy for extra tasks. They have our logo saved and make it really easy to reorder, via a quick email or phone call. We order male and female Polo's, T-shirts in different styles, hoodies, and zip ups. Sometimes we get a new idea or want a new style or color, and he sends me some ideas through email so I can quickly just say yes. He saves me the hassle and time of browsing and searching through 1000's of products. Dave is always busy, but always has gone out of his way to accommodate us, and keeps it very hassle free.

Dave worked close with his graphic designer and we came up with what I wanted and more. I now have it on PDF file and I can use it for my mailers and business cards...it was great. His shirts were great quality Screen printed and he was able to order me a special yellow that was great on camera. Did I mention we were on a super tight time line to get this all done and I had it right on time. Highly recomended great service, excellent products and a bargain for the quality and service

Blown away by the customer service! We've been looking…read moreeverywhere for a printing place that could help us print out some pages for a journal prototype we've been working on. We went to Minuteman Press and we're helped immediately by a friendly man named Steve at the counter. We discussed what we were looking for, he gave us several options, and started printing right then. We were in and out of there, with our project in hand in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! And that was not rushing! The cherry on top, because what we asked for was under $5 he didn't even charge us!! He smiles and said "it's community service have a great day" we tried to insist but he wouldn't take it. We will definitely be coming back for all our printing needs and recommending them to everyone we know. Which btw, judging by their display, there's nothing they don't print. Thank you again Steve for a wonderful experience!

After reaching out to several services with no success, Steve not only said yes, but handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care. In a moment that was overwhelmingly stressful for me, Steve brought calm, clarity, and kindness. My calls were always answered, communication was clear and easy, and when complications arose, Steve remained patient, solution-oriented, and committed to getting everything done right--even continuing to work with me the following day to get everything completed and delivered (again) exactly as needed. From start to finish, communication was seamless, including the process of uploading complicated files. On top of that, pricing was incredibly fair, and the level of service far exceeded expectations. This is the kind of business you hope to find--reliable, responsive, and truly willing to go the extra mile(s). I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Steve and team!
