I took my car into sign creations.i spoke with a guy named Brandon who stated he was the general manager.we agreed on a price and a time to drop off my vehicle,when i did this at 8:30am,no one was there,i then waited and so did my ride until 930.then someone finnially showed up.like a idiot i left my car anyway.it was supposed to be done in 3 days.i came back in 3 days and his girlfriend at the counter said she was the secretary and that my appt.was acuttually for the next week...when i asked to speak with the owner she said it was her boyfriend Brandon and ofcourse he's not avalible.beware of this shop the people that work there have very erratic behavior and should not be trusted with anyones sighn much less there vehicle. read more

I bought a new company tow truck and had to get my signage put on ASAP to get it on the road to start paying for itself. The company I have used for several years was not answer there phone. I remember Brannon from doing a front wrap on my personal car 8 month ago said he did letting I called him and email him a picture of my other trucks 3 hour later i had my truck lettered with a new more up to date set of logos. I am very dissatisfied with their service. It was unclear who i should have been working with from the beginning. It took several weeks to just get a quote, and when i saw it, i knew something was wrong. It was way too low! When i brought my trailer in for measurements, three guys showed up on the scene. One had previously suggested one type of menu board, i agreed, the other two suggested a different cheaper style (hence; low quote), and i again agreed. I went back to speak to the first guy about all this, and he continued to suggest his version, and once again i agreed, and told him to communicate the change with the other two guys. Apparently, he did not. Since i could not get return calls or emails, i found stopping by in person was the only way to communicate with these people. This went on for weeks. Following up on my quote, when i walked in the door, i was approached by the lady at the front counter, what was my business. I replied, I'm here regarding my quote. I ask the first guy if we can review/edit my order, and he says something about it hasn't hit his desk yet (compartmentalization!), then refers me to speak to the owner. I knew immediately they were playing some kind of childish game. The owner is ofcourse, too busy to talk to me, and never returned my calls, which were promised. The lady at the front desk says i need an appointment. When can i get in I ask? She says next week. I just about lost it! Next week? Why next week, I've been coming in here for weeks trying to get something accomplished. She replies, "it was unclear what you wanted". I just about died! I then turned around and walked out! I had communicated everything i wanted to the slightest detail. May I suggest the owner of this company police up your own internal miscommunication between departments, including replacing the rude unprofessional person at the front desk, before you blatantly snub and accuse your customer of being unclear as to what they wanted. UNBELIEVABLE! read more

I recently had new OEM headlamp assemblies installed on my 2003 Dodge diesel 3/4 T truck (about $400 a pop) and I wanted to have a protective film put on them for protection against the elements and to try to squeeze a few more years of life out of them. I was referred to Sign Creations so I thought I would talk to them. I met with the owner Brandon and he walked me through what he thought would be the best way to go. I had him proceed with the film installation and overall am extremely satisfied with Brandon's work. There was some minor lifting at the edges after I left his shop but the weather was stormy and perhaps some moisture was forced into those areas. I took the truck back to Brandon and he immediately went to work to fix the problem. All is well - the film is not showing any signs of lifting.
