Simply needed a refill service on ink cartridges and rather than refilling them they completely replaced them with brand new ones for the same price ($6-$8pc). All in all was around $30 which is only a few dollars more than what you would pay for just one cartridge in a big retail store sometimes. My one critique would be that a bigger sign that says "Advanced Inkjet Solutions" be posted out front it was tough seeing the Van from the road.
