I am often pressed for time, and too busy for extra tasks. They have our logo saved and make it really easy to reorder, via a quick email or phone call. Sometimes we get a new idea or want a new style or color, and he sends me some ideas through email so I can quickly just say yes. His shirts were great quality Screen printed and he was able to order me a special yellow that was great on camera. In my experience JCI was mostly marketing and not enough substance. Jared spent a lot of time…read moremarketing himself and his teams capabilities in that southern drawl of his, but when it came time to deliver it was "nickel and dime" time all the way through design. The only bright spot was Tonya. Beware of the ---1 (star) costs $3K-$5K 2 $5K-$7K 3 $7500 and up --- sales pitch as it is only a ploy to get your budget pegged and drive the needs for your site up on you. The bottom line is that the SquareSpace platform allows much of traditional costs for coding and designing a website to be drastically lowered. Squarespace makes designing a websiter EASIER by including off-the-shelf building blocks of the most popular features of websites to be easily added at the click of a button. The cost for designing a SquareSpace website should be LESS expensive and not MORE expensive than traditionally designed websites on the Joomla or Wordpress platform. Instead JCI upcharges anytime you want to add basic things such as an actual portfolio to your site. This review is based solely on my experience working with JCI so if you want more details or references of other SquareSpace designers please email me at leorcastillo@gmail.com @Jared: Call me crazy but I still have the ONE and ONLY response you sent about the concerns I communicated to you and Tonya who told me you would get back in touch with me about my portfolio when you got back into town...AFTER she took my last payment. Via iMessage a month later you said the following "Hey Leo....I don't know what happened but my iMessage acted like I responded to you but I just realized I didn't get back in touch with you." No "plethora" of emails, just took my money and ran. Trying to be successful at your business is no excuse to abandon your professed values and beliefs Jared. I speak the truth as a defense against those who don't. I made sure my conscience was clean when I wrote my review so that it communicated how I was treated. I wish you the best.

Blown away by the customer service! We've been looking…read moreeverywhere for a printing place that could help us print out some pages for a journal prototype we've been working on. We went to Minuteman Press and we're helped immediately by a friendly man named Steve at the counter. We discussed what we were looking for, he gave us several options, and started printing right then. We were in and out of there, with our project in hand in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! And that was not rushing! The cherry on top, because what we asked for was under $5 he didn't even charge us!! He smiles and said "it's community service have a great day" we tried to insist but he wouldn't take it. We will definitely be coming back for all our printing needs and recommending them to everyone we know. Which btw, judging by their display, there's nothing they don't print. Thank you again Steve for a wonderful experience!

After reaching out to several services with no success, Steve not only said yes, but handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care. In a moment that was overwhelmingly stressful for me, Steve brought calm, clarity, and kindness. My calls were always answered, communication was clear and easy, and when complications arose, Steve remained patient, solution-oriented, and committed to getting everything done right--even continuing to work with me the following day to get everything completed and delivered (again) exactly as needed. From start to finish, communication was seamless, including the process of uploading complicated files. On top of that, pricing was incredibly fair, and the level of service far exceeded expectations. This is the kind of business you hope to find--reliable, responsive, and truly willing to go the extra mile(s). I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Steve and team!
