Lots of parking, so no prob. I've found the best way to use UPS is get an account and set of all the billing and then you can do shipping label printing at home or at the office. I work out of my house, so I don't have a regular UPS pick up, so I just print the shipping label and bring it down to the UPS store. Drop off, get a tracking receipt and off I go. If there's a line, someone usually asks and just drop offs? Yep, that's me and off I go. If you want the best price on shipping and you don't need it to get there the very next day, UPS is fine. If you want over night, gotta be there the next day, go FED EX, they're the overnight delivery people, but they're ground service is not so good. What's good about this location, is if you're hungry, there's lots of places to get all kinds of food right nearby, from Mod Pizza, to In N Out, to Chinese food at Panda Express.

I think most people working here don't enjoy their jobs because they always seem put out but this was next level. Thankfully we'd gone to the Mail Biz store on Hilltop a couple weeks ago for different services but I decided to see if they could fax and they absolutely do. I found out they offer a lot of the same services as fed ex and their costs are quite a bit less. Oh and their customer service has been excellent both times we've gone. Won't ever go to this fed ex store again.
